We love our orthopedic extra firm mattress. Side note: the chain Mattress Firm, on the other hand, cost much more and the salesperson said that double sided mattresses aren't made anymore....bs. He also led us to the 5K mattress first and said that delivery might be weeks for their mattresses, while the Original Mattress Factory shipped less than a week after our purchase.

Complaint about poor customer service…read more Last week, my husband and I visited the Ashley store in Cumming and were helped by a very kind sales associate. A few days later, I visited the Alpharetta store and received excellent service there as well. We were considering purchasing the Storrow sofa set and additional furniture. When my husband and I later returned to the Cumming store to make the purchase, the salesperson who assisted us was rude and unprofessional. When we mentioned an offer discussed at another location, he said things like, "Then you should have bought it there. Why did you come here?" His tone was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. We visited Ashley intending to make a significant purchase, but this interaction left us disappointed. We expect respectful and professional customer service regardless of which store location we visit. I would like this feedback to be shared with management so future customers have a better experience. They are very professional, detail oriented, and responsive. We purchased a living room set (two couches), coffee table, and most recently, a recliner from DHI. We were able to choose the fabric and style for our couches. I chose a vanilla upholstery, dark wood, and dark studs. They turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted! We've had them for almost a year now and are still very pleased with them. They look stylish and expensive, yet were actually very affordable. The table also looks expensive, stylish and not to mention heavy duty, but again, was very affordable. The recliner is my husband's favorite piece in our living room. We originally purchased a custom made electric recliner with blue velvet fabric, dark wood, and dark studs to match our couches. Although the chair was lovely, we weren't satisfied with the overall quality. We called and let them know we would be happy to pay more to swap for a better quality chair. They were very apologetic, even though they weren't at fault and was more than willing to help. George personally assisted us on the exchange and helped us pick out the new recliner. They let us keep the blue recliner until our new one arrived. The delivery team is polite, respectful, and on time. They delivered our items with great care. They have a wide selection of living room sets, bedroom sets, dining, patio, and so much more. If you see an item online that's not in the show room, you can ask for it to be delivered to their store to see in person. They truly value great customer service and it really shows!

Once my mattress and bed frame were delivered, the mattress came with a large yellow stain on it, as well as two giant damaged spots on my frame. After playing phone tag for a few days, I was told I would receive a call back about what we can do about my damaged items. I never received a call. After spending well over a grand, I expect my products to at least come damage free. Really disappointed.

So the last thing is to pay and schedule shipment. So that was all done. Delivery date came and went with no phone call. So I waited during my four hour window for nothing. I called the next day, and the salesman said there was something wrong with the truck, and he had thought everyone had been called. Not sure if this was a true story or not, but no, no one notified me. So...fast forward, new date set. I get a call the day before my delivery date saying they are on the way to my house, and I was like what? I am not home, and this is the incorrect delivery date. So, had to call the store again, and he accidentally reserved the wrong date for me. Seriously? So, I was ready to cancel the whole thing at this point, but they did give me a small discount for my troubles, and finally the mattress did arrive. But it really didn't leave me with a great impression of this place. The mattress, however, seems to be in great condition, and my daughter loves it.

She spoke disparagingly to Michelle...which greatly offended me...I advised Michelle to call me when that supposed manager wasn't in and I would order from her...I would NEVER go into that store again if that's what sleep number hires as a manager and allows that kind of abuse to a diligent and concerned sales associate!!!

The style in here is fantastic and they say the floor switches out every weekend or so. In a day when you have to wait forever for furniture here you buy what you see. It is limited... don't end up liking something and thinking you'll get it next week... that most likely won't be the case. They have a lot to choose from. However some items are a bit WOW on the price side so be careful, you could fall in love with a $10,000 chair! The staff was not high pressure and they offer free in home consultation and design. Very nice place to get ideas, find those pieces you have been looking for and spend a mint!
