As you can't make returns, only exchanges. Both mattresses felt nothing like the ones in the store. I now realize the biggest mistake was not cutting my losses early. Called the customer service to have the mattress checked, received 2 additional foam toppers to add on top of the mattress. Now I can't feel the springs anymore, I just sink 6 inches into the mattress. I guess the mattress would be good if you want to get your wife out of your bed, it did accomplish that. But not happy with the product. We are looking for a replacement mattress now, but it will not be with OMF.
