Worked with Caleb who was very nice bur not knowledgeable. Was told there would be no restocking fee. It was a lie. LL charged me 25% on returned flooring. Was very impressed with the number of flooring samples available for viewing at the Kennesaw location. We ordered our flooring, and had it delivered and installed. The floor looks fantastic and the insulation crew did a great job with the edge trim and the pattern of plank width/ shades. The only negative- they sent ONE GUY to deliver all 7,000 pounds of flooring. Each box almost 80 unwieldy pounds. read more

The manger was completely rude and unhelpful. We had a couple questions on pricing as well as what would be the right floor for our home, because we have a crawl space. I guess because we weren't willing to put down thousands of dollars without being knowledgeable about the product we were buying, we were no longer a high priority. I also heard him be extremely rude to his own employees in front of other customers. If this store doesn't make it... no one will be surprised. read more

I'm finally writing this review as I was waiting until I had the floor for a while to see how things went. I have to say it's awesome. I got the Brazilian Koa Engineered hardwood with the best underlining LL had available. I can't tell you how much I love it and how many compliments I get on this floor! Now let me talk about the fantastic service for a minute. Scott was working/managing when I called in, out of the blue late Friday evening to come pick up a load (it took 3 loads in my Dodge Dakota). It was 10 minutes to closing and I was 30 minutes out. AND he had to pick up his daughter that evening. Well he not only waited for me and loaded the truck, he also looked up my trucks weight rating, calculated the numbers and loaded exactly what the truck could hold. Something I wouldn't have done and it being a Dodge... would most likely have ruined the transmission. I couldn't ask for better service. I was doing a large job so had to make a best guess on the amount to purchase. Scott explained exactly how to return what was left, he made it clear regarding the restocking fee and store credits so there were no surprises. Everything went smoothly. One more shout out. The last load I had to pick up Cliff was there. He was the only one there and had several customers he was working with. He greeted me immediately and explained he would be right over after he dealt with the others. He worked quickly and politely with each of them and was over in no time to help me load up. He too checked the weight for the vehicle and insured I was good to go. I went in and one of the managers helped me. He was very eager to make the sell. He told me that if we got home and wasn't happy with the color, grain, etc. I could bring back. Since I would be doing a huge home makeover- I wanted to get just one room to make sure I would be happy with my choice. He said He would help in any way. At check out- I also purchased the tool kit to help in placing the floor. He rang me up and the total was over $500 - I figured I had misfigured the cost and proceeded to head to the back of store for loading. I looked back over the receipt- he had charged me for 15 tool kits!!! I went back in to get that refund which took 3 days to get the credit. After getting home and opening one box- the wood color did not match my cabinets as I had hoped. So I went back 2 weeks later- to get a refund. The same manager asked if he could help- as I told him I wanted to return the entire purchase- he was noticeably upset. He tried to talk me into an exchange- but his rudeness was beyond desiring to deal with this guy. He huffed and told me that he would be charging a 20% restocking fee- He failed to tell me that info during the initial sale. He met me out back and was smoking by the time I had pulled around. He began unloading along with a worker- he then got another attitude and started shaking his head and murmuring under his breath. He then stated- he really should not be giving me any credit back!!!!! I only had one box unopened- all others were just as I bought them - unopened and sealed. I do not know what his problem was--- was he going to have to lose commission if a return occurs? I don't know. I can only hope that he did. I advise anyone to seek other stores that have customer service and employees that are cordial and not rude. If you return an item--- just know you will be charged 20%!!! I will not be going back to this place! I will take my huge renovation elsewhere. DO NOT make the same mistake I made. read more

I have had a very good experience so far with the sales side of the transaction (my floors have not been installed yet to speak to that portion). Nick has been so patient with my half dozen phone calls to ask different questions and clarify details and was able to provide all of the answers that I needed. Alex is awesome! The hardest working young man ever. Has been working with me regarding many issues that point to a bad installer. The manager was helpful in making the flooring I bought for my home work with matching flooring that would allow for an inlay, so there would be no doubt that I had more than enough wood. Only complaint so far is that the installer, claiming to do many jobs for Lumber Liquidators was not on their list, I've found out and almost 6 weeks later and now floor shortage, the job is not finished. Alex is working on seeing if there are any options for me to resolve the issue. Go Alex! Give him a raise Steve. read more
