I make plenty of mistakes along the way and somehow Emily is able to correct them on the fly and get my shipments out the door. Thinking she might have a cape that she wears as part of her work uniform that allows her to fly around and get the job done. Better not leave out Sal, my dedicated sales rep... He's okay... Just joking, it's people like Sal and Emily that make a business run and keep the customers happy. Of course they can't do it with out the team in prepress ripping the files and then the press operators are always registered for the job at task. The post team in bindery they take the edge off everytime I need a rounded business card. And finally to the ones that cut the paychecks for the entire team. If I could give them zero stars I would. After several years of using them for everything from business cards to catalogs we had a very important time sensitive order. We called to speak to the reps and verify the deadline could be met. We asked them to call us again so we could verify the ship date once print was complete. Even with all of that caution on our part their team selected the wrong shipping method so our time sensitive order arrived the day after the event it was needed for. We tried REPEATEDLY to get someone on the phone to contact the shipping company to make a change to the shipping with no luck at all. Because of their carelessness we had to create and print a poor substitute on our office laser printer at a huge cost to us in time and supplies. Our clients were ok with our substitute (thankfully) but Americas printer refused to refund or credit our order. We asked several people to at least consider giving us a credit to use on a future order since we had done several thousand in business with them and this order alone was $1,400.00 - we were offered nothing. As a small business owner myself I can't imagine treating a good customer that way but apparently America's printer has so much business that they can afford to have terrible customer service and zero accountability. Hopefully this review will save someone from wasting their money with this company. read more

They were even able to refer me to photography and graphic design services that could help me complete our projects and make eye-popping and very, very professional. This time figurative butterflies flew out of the box upon discovery of how magically amazing these brochures turned out. Not only are they gorgeous, but they are so gorgeous they add perceived value ensuring more clients will keep them because they FEEL important. Like they are the Duchess of all brochures ever made. Richard Cardenas is a genius and expertly handled my account, even referring me to a graphic designer when my artwork was not proofing properly. I am having a terrible experience with America's printer. America's Printer's sales rep claimed our job required a custom die for rounded folder flaps and stepped inserts. They sent our artwork to their pre-press department and created a custom die and used it to create a mockup which they also charged for. The mockup they sent looked fine. The whole point of paying extra for the mockup was to make sure there were no problems when we got the finished product; and I was happy to pay the $110 to do the mockup to prevent future headaches like I am now faced with on a $2500 print job. My designer ok'd the job with additional instructions for spot UV and removal of some small social media icons on the folder which she sent them. When we got the final product the folder flaps were not round like the mockup, nor did the stepped inserts align. There was also text omitted from the folder flaps. Obviously they did not use the custom die they charged me for. The sales rep Steve Norleen (Santoro) clearly dropped the ball on this one and wants to pass the buck! The sales rep blamed the designer, and with no concept of customer service or any intention to solve the problem basically said we only print what you give us. I said, NOT TRUE. You created the die. I have a mockup which I paid for which does not look like the finished product you sent me, so please explain. All the errors in the job are related to the die and not the artwork. Steve Norleen (Santoro) cries that more than week (s) passed between the time they did the mockup with custom di and when they got our final "ok" to go to print. So all of those edits were lost and forgotten. What nonsense. They keep blaming the designer who did not even create the di they used. The next day he is claiming it was our responsibility to create the die! How ridiculous. Then he sends an email refusing to communicate with me. Stay away from this printer because due to their dishonesty and incompetence you will have a problem, and you will be left in the lurch. There is no attention to detail here which makes the situation more likely that you will have a problem. It seems in their rush, they messed up, and now refuse to accept responsibility. Save yourself the future hassle and find another printer. read more

I called around 730 needing one page printed out in a hurry... Apparently they dont rush... they informed me that they couldnt take my order, that I would have to call back in the morning to speak to sales... what is the point of staying open late if you cant even take a one page copy job with out sales? Dan- it would probably be in everyone's best interest if you specified that on your page. I was referred to Americas Printers by a fellow designer. It was the worst experience with a printer I've ever had. I thought I'd check out their services with printing up some business cards. I ordered the cards and paid for 24 hour turn around. Their tracking system indicated that the files were done, but when I went to pick up the order, they hadn't been plated, printed or processed. Due to the memorial day holiday they told me the cards wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. long after I needed them. I was told by Linda that they would make it right and I wouldn't have to pay for them as a token of good faith. On Tuesday I called to check on the order and was told it was still in process and wouldn't be completed till after 4:00 on Wed. When I went to pick up the cards, it was 40 minutes before they could find them (they were sitting on the receptionists desk under some papers). I was promised again that they would issue a credit and make the matter right. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive the promised refund. It's nice to know I paid premium, 24 hour processing for biz cards that took over a week to print. Problem happen in life, but it's how they are resolved that matters. Based on my experience I wouldn't use Americas Printers again, nor would I recommend them to a client. They said all the right things, but they didn't follow through with action. read more

Woohoo! As good as it gets! In honour of the rare Leap Day/Year, I will rate AmericasPrinter my very rare 5 stars. What is there that is bad to say about these guys? I have never had a bad experience with their services. They are so quick and I always get my business cards within a week of ordering from them. The quality of the printing and the card stock are exceptional and I have even used them for two of my friends. You wouldn't expect to get such great quality for the price you pay, but you do! I think their low price is due to high minimum quantity that you get. I also like how they're located in Orange County and so I can just choose the will call option instead of having to pay extra for shipping. I plan to use them again next month when I update my business cards. To everyone else, do not go anywhere else or use any of those online printing services! read more

I was originally introduced to the company because our graphic designer was friends with the owner. Out of all the jobs we've done, we've only had 2 bad ones- stripey print job on posters and inaccurate spot UV coating on business cards. My experience with AmericasPrinter got off on the wrong start with a myriad of misunderstandings and miscommunications. My first batch of business cards came out way darker than it was supposed to where you couldn't even see the design. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the product. The sales rep I was working with then was not accommodating at all with my dissatisfaction but instead threw back snarky remarks. That riled me up. Where's the customer service here? I get that we aren't any big company who will throw a lot of money to their company, but that's no way to treat a customer nonetheless. However, I was soon contacted for a resolution. Thanks to Dan the Marketing Manager who assigned me to another rep, Steve Loria. Steve was great to work with and extremely helpful. He took good care of us and offered us a reprint at no charge to our satisfaction. I guess you could say he was able to salvage it to the point where I have a change of heart and definitely will consider using them again. Their reaching out to me to rectify the situation proved to me that they really care about their business and customer service. I've been a customer for close to 10 years and America's Printer never lets me down. Whenever I have an odd-ball project I need quoted on for clients, Jimmy is the first one I call. He gets back to me almost immediately and comes back with good, competitively priced quotes. I've ordered hundreds of items and I think I've had a problem with an order ONCE, and it was reprinted with apologies. For times when I don't need a custom job printed and I don't need to speak to Jimmy, the self ordering process is really smooth and easy to use. I also like you can track the jobs progress and all the info about the order is in the account. Also, when I am feeling lazy and can't be bothered finding the job order from a reprint, I call Jimmy and he looks it up and handles the entire thing for me. That saves me alot of time, and he's always willing to help. He doesn't care if it's a small job or a huge job, he's always happy to help me out. I liked my initial order a few years ago. I placed the same exact order a second time with clear written instructions that the UV Coated side was the "STREET ADDRESS SIDE" in capital letters and the business cards were delivered incorrectly. The owner, Artie Parent refused to rectify my order. I was advised, "i understand... but the product says UV front... which means the first file ( page 1 ) is the front and page 2 is the back... we really cannot at this... hope you understand." I had a small print job I needed for my wedding invitations, I reached out to America's Printer because they are local and I've seen some of the mailers they've printed for my past employer. Eric Williams was incredibly helpful and professional. I got my invites printed in 2 days and it was for less than what I would have paid through Vista Print and a few other sites I checked out. And they look amazing! I'm still blown away by how good they came out. If you live in the area I would highly recommend using them for your wedding invites over an online service. Prices and quality are great but they are not very quick. It takes forever to be able to talk to anyone and get the process going. Make sure you give yourself an extra week to get your job done otherwise it will go down to the wire. Don't expect to get emails answered quickly by the sales staff either. Placed a order online on Thursday by Monday my business cards were done! Ordering was easy breezy. I ordered a sample of the paper and it was mailed immediately! I went to pick my order when it was ready - quality was fantastic and prices even better! Friendly receptionist. Clean restrooms. I only took off a star because I had emailed my customer service rep to find out if the "will call" status meant they were done and he didn't email me back. I just ended up calling and confirmed - not a big deal at all because I LOVE my new business cards and will be a return customer and will be telling all my friends who need them.
