My go to UPS store. I typically go here for Amazon returns, but also the periodic shipping out of a package. I always have great service from the employees here - specifically there are 2 guys who you typically see working, which I just realized I've never gotten their name. When I need help deciding the size of something, they're very informative and I love that they don't try to up charge anything. They're honest and helpful always. So this is the second time I've had a bad experience with the older asain lady at buena Park location first time she had no advice on my correct shipping when its literally her job to educate us customers.Second encounter she barely looked at my package and said its free to send back.! Workers here are more friendly and patient than other UPS nearby. We came in on a Monday at 3 pm to ship a Go Pro and a memory card. We had printed out two shipping labels with, a list of the item inside of each label but we don't have boxes for them. The guy with a friendly smile brought out a couple of boxes to see which one can fit our Go pro and in the end, he packed the Go Pro very carefully. Because their workers have such a positive attitude, I felt much more comfortable letting them to handle my shipping. Will for sure come to this location from now on. read more

Ownership doesn't accept USPS packages. Every other UPS I've been to does.... I guess they only accept the letters? Go to the UPS in Anaheim. Absolutely turned around my day after this store.... They DO take USPS packages JUST LIKE LITERALLY EVERY OTHER UPS. read more

For a company that says they're a partner of USPS, they sure don't live up to that. You apparently can only leave a letter for USPS as I just tried to drop off a prepaid usps shipping label and for some reason that's not acceptable. HOW. You are a partner and this literally requires the same effort as throwing the letter in a the bin. This makes zero sense. This is not a partnership then. Don't market it as such. read more

Terrible customer service, you ask for help and they look annoyed to help. Came here to use their computer to print stuff out. One of the guys helped us print out some legal documents for my mom and got it notarized. Had to come back because the notarized document was wasn't in a legal paper. To fix the error they helped us with, the guy charged my mom again for notarizing the same document on a legal paper and usage for the computer. They literally overcharged my mom for an error they could have easily fixed. For a guy that notarizes legal documents, he's not very knowledgeable. read more

Very surprised to see the recent negative reviews. I've shipped probably 10+ things over the last few years at this store and have never had a problem. There is sometimes a long line but the employees there are quick, polite, and competent. For example, I didn't want my home address to be on a package and even after telling me once the store's address would be on the packing slip, an employee showed me proof to reassure me. That level of care is vastly different from the mixed results I get with USPS. Those government employees have thrown out a voting ballot card I know was delivered, didn't set up my PO box correctly which caused me not to receive mail for months, and told me they couldn't find a package they were holding only for me to tell them I see it behind them. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Husband returned three Amazon items. Told the kid he had all the QR codes but was told he only needed one. When I called the next day the manager told me he can't trust what I'm saying and wanted to know more details. I called him back with the time and description of the kid who helped him. Was told to bring in my QR codes and he would make sure they were not scanned before. Took them in and was met with an attitude and a video of my husband "not talking". How can you tell? The video is from above and he has a full beard and mustache? He said "well he didn't swipe to show more codes". Why would he when he was told they were not needed. He basically said we were lying and there was nothing he could do. He saw on the video that the kid scanned one and there were three packages. Just own up to your mistake! He just rudely told me there was nothing he could do. Corporate definitely got a call. After reading other reviews, disappearing packages seems to be a theme with this store. Hmmmm read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I would give negative stars if possible. First off, we were not greeted. None of the workers were smiling and they looked like they did not want to be there. We came to return some Amazon items and they were very rude and unhelpful. I made a mistake of accidentally giving them an extra item. Once they packaged it and I realized the mistake, I asked for the item back (as it should be returned under a different code) and they did NOT give me the item back!! Now I have to put in a complaint to Amazon to see if I can still get the refund back. I had multiple returns so I understand there are a lot of items, but the workers were not helpful and very short with us. They did not do their best to answer our questions nor accommodate us. I would not recommend going to this ups store location at all. read more
