I'm giving Print N Copy 2 stars because I do understand that businesses can face challenges like being short-staffed, not having a design team available, or dealing with technical issues. I really wanted to give them a chance, especially since they're close to home and had great reviews on Yelp. I initially reached out at the beginning of May for a quote on 1,500 business cards. I know it's not a massive order, but it felt like I constantly had to follow up just to get a simple proof so I could move forward. I wasn't in a rush and was willing to wait, but after a month of back-and-forth with no real progress, I eventually gave up and went with another company. It's disappointing because I was hoping to support a local business, but it seems like they just didn't need business like ours. read more

I had a last minute event that I had to get flyers, stickers you name it! I called every place from Hollywood down to Long Beach and no one was able to get it within 24 hours. Not just that but their pricing was outrageous! I reached out to an associate of mine who said to call joe here. Less than a few hours after I spoke to him I was able to pick the supplies up. First and most importantly, Print N Copy Center offers exceptional customer service. I called and spoke with a lovely man named Joe before I visited. He answered the phone quickly and my questions expertly. I went to his store within 15 minutes of speaking with him because his phone customer service was amazing, and first impressions really do matter. Upon my arrival, he quickly got up from his desk and asked if he could help me. He is professional, kind and patient. He scanned a 100+ page document for me in far less time than he estimated, then emailed the PDF to me immediately (NOTE: check your spam/junk folder when he sends a doc to you). I did a quick check on the pages to make sure they were all scanned (perfect). When I paid, I suggested that he provide a tip option when paying with a credit card because he certainly deserved one. Secondly, the price per page for scanning services is far lower than other businesses offering like services. Prior to speaking with Joe, I had called 6 places that offered scanning services, and 7th time was the charm. Joe's Print N Copy Center had the absolute best price: 50% to 75% less than the usual suspects (Fe**x and U*S, respectively) and ~45% less than other local small businesses. Since I had 100+ pages to scan, the cost savings were significant. Supporting small businesses is so important, and I always try to find alternatives to the mainstream and well-known. I told Joe that his place is my new favorite for these types of services and that I will spread the word to friends and colleagues (and Yelp). read more

The is the best copy center! They are reasonably priced and have a fairly quick turn around. It seems family owned which is a plus in my book. I had wanted some brochures printed. They noticed a small error (I had a missing border because I couldn't seem to fix it). They thought that it didn't look as nice so they fixed the border themselves and didn't charge me. Had my wedding programs printed here and they turned out amazing. I had the programs printed on translucent vellum paper and layered on top of a glossy card stock with an image to peak through. I was looking for a good printer to produce a multipage program for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. I was given Jay's contact information from a realtor who uses his printing services regularly. After talking with him on the phone, I emailed a pdf file and he created two proofs for me available the following day. I selected a very unique paper, and when I picked up the order it was beautifully done and very reasonably priced. For several days I admired it, until I realized that the front page had the wrong date of the year. I have no idea how I missed it since I must have read it a hundred times. Fortunately I had two days left until I needed it. Jay ordered the paper, and I emailed a new front page. The order was ready for me the next day at a very nominal charge.
