I was here this past weekend to pick up an order of prints for two clients. I ordered through Canva and the order was of 500 of one print and 500 of another print. When I received the order, the print was great quality on good paper, but it was 1000 copies of the same file. Cindy was super helpful in fixing the print job. Went to drop off a package. I went to the self service kiosk to print my label. Easy instructions. Only thing is the bin was full. I proceeded to the counter where there was a customer ahead of me. I was told by the service rep that she'll be right with me, so I'm glad she acknowledged me. But then another rep came from around the corner and assisted me. Only took stars off because the bin was full and what should have taken me less than 5 minutes to do, ended up taking 15 min. Just recommending for them to continually to check on their bins. Perfection! Came to this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center early this morning to print a document for work. I arrived at 7:30am, but the store doesn't open until 8am. No big deal. I'd rather be early than late. It was raining pretty good this morning. Multiple people ran over to the door and tried to go in before the opening time. I sat in my car and waited until 8am on the dot. I walked over and the door was still locked. Waited a couple minutes standing in the rain and someone came over to unlock the door. He was training a new employee, at least it seemed. I asked him how to print a document really quick and he walked me over to one of the printers and explained how to get a code. Your email your document to printandgo@fedex.com and then insert your payment. You will receive an email with a code and you punch that into the keypad. Then bam, it prints! And you are done. Pretty easy and really if you just follow the directions, you are good to go. I'm happy I was able to print the document I needed for work today. Yay! :) read more

I'm deeply disappointed to write this review. Last week, my coworker sent me medical equipment to use for a presentation that morning. After the presentation, I returned the device and its parts back into the same box and shipped it to her using this FedEx location. The next day, she received the same box--but instead of the medical device, it contained three books. Someone had replaced the contents. I'm sure the monitor and all parts were stolen. This is extremely upsetting. I've always trusted FedEx and frequently use their services to print documents and ship medical equipment for work. While the employees at this location have been polite in the past, I can't help but wonder who else could have tampered with the package. The stolen device is valuable and could easily be sold online for profit. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the box's contents before shipping, something I'll be sure to do in the future--but it won't be at this location. I called customer service and filed a complaint. But doubt that'll do anything. Can't trust anyone these days. 2 stars because one employee did expedite printing materials that I needed last minute. I really appreciated that. But difficult to overlook a stolen monitor. read more

The guy at the front - I believe his name is Freddy - he's the man. Came in at 8am right at opening to print a paper I needed for an exam I was taking at 830am. He knew exactly what I was printing and why I was printing it. He saw I was having troubles receiving the email so my paper would print using the self-serve printer so he recommended I step outside for better cell phone service and he also recommended I disconnect from WiFi because iPhones tend to auto-connect which prevents the inbox from refreshing. That did the trick but time was of the essence so he printed the page for me! He even knew that I only needed the first page printed which told me he was an expert in his customer base and that I wasn't the first to come running in right before the test. He recommended I rush to the exam and not to worry about my vehicle being parked at their business as parking at the parking garage/lot for the exam would've made me late. All in all, outstanding dude and fedex services are a great price - especially for someone like myself who doesn't have a printer at home. Someone give Freddy a raise! read more

Went in to print out a few items for my daughter's birthday favors. The card stock I bought was too thick, but Freddy was super helpful, friendly and quick to think of alternative solutions. It's going to cost you but the result looks nice. 15 full color pages were about $10. But the convenience and quality are why you pay. I was able to email the file, and print with a retrieval code. Kinda of useful. Luckily I had a copy saved in my email and I could email the file over on my phone. If your file is stuck in your computer this won't work. They will allow you to print via USB. If you don't have a USB make sure you email the file over in advance. I was having trouble figuring out some settings and and employee was really helpful. I watched her help some other people print at the machines while I was figuring out my own print job. She was very patient. I got ask far as selecting to print and paying and the machine wouldn't print, turns out the copier had run out of paper. She was great. January 2022, Located in a shopping plaza with ample parking. The location offers a variety of services, including print, labels, packaging, and supplies. The location is a hit or miss when it comes to the wait time but the quality of service is always consistent. I found that the staff here are always friendly and ready to assist customers with any questions. The few recent times I came here I saw members who went around the desk to assist customers in how to use the office equipment (label maker). I just came here to drop off a package. I dropped it off on a Sunday afternoon and was practically the only customer there. It was a pretty large and heavy, 50 pound package that I had to get a little roller to move. Already pre-labeled, I just gave it to one of the employees there. They scanned it, printed out the receipt, and I was done in less than 10 seconds. Obviously, I wanted to make sure they wouldn't just kick the package in the back the moment I turned away. This review is going to primarily focused on their passport services prior to receiving the passport. So, it all started when I realized that we were not allowed to use passport cards to fly to Mexico. I was in straight panic mode on what to do in regards to renewing my passport in time when the trip is in exactly 2 weeks. My fiance had the same issue and recommended to use FedEx's RushMyPassport service. So, it's pretty simple: 1. Fill out all the necessary information on FedEx's online link to RushMyPassport. 2. Print the application and shipping label at home. 3. Go to FedEx and ask for help, lol. At least that's what I did and all the representatives there were super attentative! You can tell that their service is superb because just from me standing at the front counter, I was asked if I was helped or needed help by every single employee there. This, to me, is what customer care is truly about! Anyways, Andrea helped me from start to end and made the process super smooth for me. She took my picture for me on a pull down backdrop near the entrance. My passport picture looked like a mug shot and that is not anyone's fault, but my own for not caring to look presentable for it since I was in such a rush. Lol. The passport pictures (2 copies) were approximately $16 something, in which is a plus because it is cheaper in comparison to other places. Only thing is FedEx is not a passport agency, so to use RushMyPassport has an additional fee as well. Vrikam rung me up, while Andrea helped me get the envelope, the documents in order to send, and a stapler to staple my passport picture. I love how they all worked as a team to help one another rather than every man for themselves. The whole process took no longer than 15 minutes and I was out of there! I don't know when I will be receiving the passport and if it will be in time for my trip in two weeks, but whatever the case may be - if you want to take care of your passport renewals in a noncrowded and stressfree environment with great customer service - this FedEx location is definitely the place to go! read more

I was trying to go to the website to leave a survey but I lost my receipt and the website wanted the store number which I couldn't locate on the internet. BUT I wanted to make sure the employee Brian the Hero received recognition for his hard work! Brought a box that was wrapped in butcher paper, told me I had to put it in another box regardless the package was a wrap in heavy paper. I feel it's pretty wasteful and they push people to buy boxes unnecessarily stating it's to protect the package. When I had items delivered by FedEx that was far less protected. read more
