I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time. Perhaps this was a hiccup, it happens but I wanted to give them another shot before reviewing.

All you do is bring your prepackaged & pre labeled package into the store and just walk behind the photo counter and put your package with the others, usually there is a small pile. If you arent sure if its the right place (like, if there arent any other packages there) than simply ask an associate where to put it. That's it! I love how fast it is and how its basically no contact with anyone. Everytime I've used fed ex, this is how I've done it and it always gets to the destination. This time i had to use Fed ex because the post office was about $50 for shipping! But the same package shipped through Fed Ex qualified for a $55 discount when i bought it through ebay! Score!

My Dell computer died and I took it to Golden Hills IT for repair. Unfortunately, it was not…read morefixable, they would have to replace it with a HP Omnidesk. When I got the HP home and plugged in the keyboard, monitor, Ethernet, sound system, external drive and projector, the computer was surprisingly inoperable. Couldn't even get into the BIOS. I had Golden Hills test the HP again. It worked fine. To their credit, Golden Hills offered to replace or refund. But they had put so much effort into the HP, I wasn't ready to give up on it easily. Golden Hills gave me the clue to solving the mystery. Their test setup is different than mine. One cable at a time, I powered down, unplugged the cable and powered up until the computer came on. My conclusion is that the HP's BIOS gets stuck if there is a Displayport to VGA cable plugged in at power on. Plug the cable in later and there's no problem. Anyway, Golden Hills was terrific throughout the troubleshooting. I recommend they stop selling HP computers!

Ordered a transmission. Paid with bank transfer (forced because he gets charged backs on credit…read morecards, now we know why, it's a scam). Week after week he kept saying he shipped it and it never came. Week after week kept having a new excuse. Months go by he finally ships the rare 1986 transmission and only includes one mounting bracket. It is effectively a $750 paper weight now for the last 2 years I'm searching for the other mounting bracket so I can install it just. Meanwhile he tells me when I say I need the other mounting bracket... "It's not my problem". So he sold a transmission supposedly in working order but only gave 1/2 of the required equipment to mount it... making a $750 paper weight that can't be installed, used, or tested. I have months of text exchanges of his lies, delays, excuses. Meanwhile I'm homeless and my home (the van) stays broken and after I excruciatingly (painfully disabled with nerve damage) worked so hard to save up to buy this transmission... it was a scam all a long. I can't afford to buy another just to get the mounting bracket that was supposed to come with it (if I could even FIND one) and he refused to help. This place is a scam. He has no heart, He has no soul, I'm trying to save enough money to drive out to sue (because i'm out of state).
