They replaced my tires free of charge, just because I bought them from America's Tires (with a small insurance fee). Other companies would never. I will only buy my tires here. I first heard about America's Tires through word of mouth. My only suggestion is to invest more in its social media strategy as a discovery channel so more people can find and experience America's Tires. Over the years, I've seen that America's Tires is a very fair company, and the culture of integrity is very strong. The employees here work very hard, and offer incredible service. Here's the Good the Bad and the Ugly about America's tire and the location on Cleveland Avenue. GOOD. They do a first class job installing tires efficiently and cleanly with good balancing and, amazingly, the correct tire pressure. This last item seems trivial but it is the first time in decades a tire shop actually got the pressures correct; they are usually way too high. Staff is friendly and seem well trained. Waiting room is sterile, not a place you want to spend a lot of time and while there are wheels in there for you to look at, oddly, not a single tire. Waiting room is clean though, chairs are comfortable and make sure if you are to be there a while you bring any drinks or snacks as all they have is a water fountain. One would think they would have an example of each of their most popular tires in each category in there but, no, not a single one to see. BAD. The website allows you order tires and pay for them only to be told they are out of stock locally and nationally. They were correct as I could not find them anywhere either as my size is "odd" for this fay and age it seems at 195/50-15 for my 1994 Miata. There was no immediate credit issues so I contacted HQ to do that before ordering more tires on line, ensuring they were available at other locations on the web other than America's Tire. No they are not the lowest priced tires as they advertise. Costco is as they include hazard damage in their pricing while America's tire does not. Costco does not carry my size of tire though. THE UGLY. Do not make the mistake I made by going towards Guerneville Road on the small lane leading there as there is no actual curb cut to enter and exit dead ahead; it is oddly 20 feet to the left. I unfortunately did not realize that as there is no sign or barriers so over the curb i went in the Miata smashing down on the frame rails. I don't believe there was any damage but a lower car would have suffered severe damage. There needs to be a sign or barrier telling you there is no exit there and directing you 20 feet to the left. Better to simply exit on Cleveland Avenue which is how I had come in. I would return but I'd like to see me be the last person to smash the underside of their car exiting on what looks like a driveway exit onto Guerneville Road. read more

After a short wait in line we were greeted for our appointment and our car was checked it relatively on-time. I was told that the tire rotation would take approximately one hour. They held their promise and in approximately one hour and 15 minutes the rotation was finished. It would be nice to have a desk assigned to customers who have appointments and another assigned to walk-ins. I don't trust myself on websites, so I went to this location to order 4 tires and make an appointment to have them installed and mounted. To my surprise, the guy who waited on me asked me if I wanted them installed now. It was about 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Great. He said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I gave him the key, and hoofed it to the library about 2 blocks away. Read the NY Times, went back, got the key, and was out of there in slightly under 2 hours, without having made an appointment. Good price, great service, minimal time. Don't know what else to ask for. read more

Customer service here is superior. I came in with a back tire nearly to the ground, fully expecting to get a new tire. I walked in on a busy weekday afternoon and was helped right away. They told me it would be a few hours, but that was perfectly fine. I caught a ride and headed home. I received a text just before closing time that my car was ready and when i arrived, J was told that they were able to patch up the hole, NO CHARGE. This was actually really nice of them because I hadnt purchased my tires from them, in fact..I had came here because the shop I had purchased from told me they were too busy and basically kicked me out. For years I've purchased my tires at America's Tire on Cleveland for all three of my vehicles. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated for today. I brought my vehicle in. According to the guy I was dealing with (I don't want to publicly publish his name) one tire had 5/32 tread and three had 4/32. I told him I planned on getting new tires in a few months, from them, as usual. He refused to rotate my tires because "it would be a waist of time". The online booking is easy, they're open weekends, the staff doesn't pressure you into unnecessary upsells and they have been accurate in how long your service visit will take. My most recent appointment for a Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor problem was a perfect example: booked online, a tech quickly diagnosed the faulty sensor (and confirmed my tire wear was fine and I did not need new tires), and I was out in under an hour. The total cost, including parts and labor, was about $85 (I am confident this is less than most dealerships would charge for labor alone). We walked out to my car and he said he couldn't repair it and that I needed a new tire because of worn tread on the inside of the tire, so I'd have to buy a new tire. Santa Rosa americas tires.. Never coming back to this tire shop. I had a flat and they didn't even take the time to pull my tire out and check what was going on. Instead one of the service writers/receptionist said it was worn out and needed to be replaced by just taking a look from my trunk. (My car is brand new/tires brand new) They also said they'd order the new tire and call me the next day to get them replaced but never called to follow up. I ended up going to the americas tire in Rohnert park and they took great care of me. The took my tire out and checked what the issue was and had everything fixed within 30 mins. My tires did not need to be replaced. They even said it last quite a long time. I'm very upset with the Santa Rosa shop... I wouldn't even give this shop one star if I didn't have to. read more

On Tuesday, December 24th, I had my tires inspected, rebalanced, and rotated. When I arrived home, one of my hubcaps was missing. Obviously, the hubcap was not secured properly. My car is a 2019 vehicle. I have never lost a hubcap in the 5 years I have owned the car. I immediately contacted America's Tire and asked to speak to the manager. On my second phone call attempt I was able to speak to Chris the manager. He was very cordial and polite. When I told him what had happened, he offered to "make it right" by ordering me a hubcap. I was thrilled! I thought, wow! This is great customer service! He asked that I drive back to the store so he could get info needed for ordering me another hubcap. When I arrived at approximately 12:30ish, I was told that he had left for the day. Another employee took a picture of my hubcap to give to Chris to place the order. The following Monday morning, I called to speak to Chris. I was put on hold for 6+ minutes before I was informed that Chris was on a "conference call". My phone number was given and I have yet to hear back from Chris. I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years. Chris blatantly lied to me and lacked the nerve to return my call. I am sure he never placed an order for the hubcap. My hubcap is missing and now I have to pay for another one. It will cost me $118 to replace my hubcap. No, it's not a lot of money, but it's my money. How is this my fault? Why am I paying for their mistake? This is terrible customer service as far as I am concern. I will be contacting America's Tire Regional Office on this manager. Maybe something will come from this review, maybe not, but you all need to know that this manager is a liar. I accidentally hit a traffic cone on a closed road. I didn't realize this until I heard a weird vibration noise coming from the underside on my vehicle. I drove to American Tire, because I had service there before. They were extremely busy, l told them my issue and they were very accommodating. I only had to wait 15 minutes to learn that they put my car up on a "lift" and easily removed the cone. Then, the mechanic drove my car around to make sure it was okay! I was so relieved. I cannot thank these people enough on a Sunday! This is the place to get ANY car care done. The service is immaculate. My only regret is not getting the two people involved names. They were amazing.
