They have a waiting area inside that was cozy with the heater nicely on which was nice since it was a cold day. Once they got to me they found the nail and it took them around 5 minutes for them to patch up the tire and top off the air in my other tires. Total was $25 dollars. Stressed? You know it! Concerned about the work that would be done and how long it would take and what it would cost? Absolutely! Who isn't stressed out when their car breaks down, and they're going to a new auto mechanic??? Greeting me in the lobby were three of the nicest guys who just got into work and were in a better mood than I was... Things were looking up already... Jeff was my repair coordinator, and he immediately put me at ease and let me know that they would do everything they could to get me back up and running ASAP. I quickly booked a rental truck and Ubered to the rental location to get it and bring it back to swap the goods and get back on track. One of the technicians (Scott maybe?) helped me make the swap (above and beyond? Yup!) Quick communication on Coogler's part with some texts and emails told me they had found the problem and were on the case. Estimated time to repair? End of today or tomorrow at the latest. That's fast, I thought... Good news too because I've got more deliveries coming up. 'Tis the season... Fast forward ~4 hours and I'm getting a call from Jeff telling me my truck was ready to pick up (pun intended). What?!?!?! 4 hours and it's done!!! Got back to the rental shop, got one of their guys to take me back to Coogler's, and was back in my truck at 1:30 pm. Since then, a couple of genuinely concerned calls and emails asking if everything is still going well with the truck. Normally, when I do business with someone, they only call to ask if we can do more business. This was actual follow-up and quite refreshing. Will I work with Coogler's again? You bet I will! He took it to All Around Auto and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was clear we'd have to rent him a car to drive home in and leave mine there as parts needed to be ordered and our vehicle was not first in line (they of course had other customers!). It took a week to get the parts and then a day to install the new fuel line. They were communicative and helpful thru the entire experience. It was an expensive fix, but it felt fair for all they had to do to fix the issue. Pro tip: pay in cash so you don't have to pay the credit card use fees.

I specifically asked if it would work, and Chris told me, "I don't see why not." Based on that conversation, I ordered the tires. I left my truck at the store all day, hoping to have them installed. Unfortunately, the tires arrived late, which I understand was outside the store's control. I made another appointment for the following day, drove back to the store, checked in, and waited about 25 minutes before being told the tires didn't meet the load requirements for my truck and they would not install them. To be fair, the staff did take the time to look into other tire sizes and brands and even contacted another store, but they were unable to find an acceptable alternative. My frustration isn't that they refused to install the tires if they didn't meet the proper specifications--that was the right decision. My frustration is that this should have been determined before the tires were ordered and before I made multiple trips to the store. A little more attention to detail on the front end would have saved everyone a lot of time and frustration. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and based on what I experienced, I can't recommend the Cleveland Ave location.

They do a first class job installing tires efficiently and cleanly with good balancing and, amazingly, the correct tire pressure. This last item seems trivial but it is the first time in decades a tire shop actually got the pressures correct; they are usually way too high. Staff is friendly and seem well trained. Waiting room is sterile, not a place you want to spend a lot of time and while there are wheels in there for you to look at, oddly, not a single tire. Waiting room is clean though, chairs are comfortable and make sure if you are to be there a while you bring any drinks or snacks as all they have is a water fountain. One would think they would have an example of each of their most popular tires in each category in there but, no, not a single one to see. BAD. The website allows you order tires and pay for them only to be told they are out of stock locally and nationally. They were correct as I could not find them anywhere either as my size is "odd" for this fay and age it seems at 195/50-15 for my 1994 Miata. There was no immediate credit issues so I contacted HQ to do that before ordering more tires on line, ensuring they were available at other locations on the web other than America's Tire. No they are not the lowest priced tires as they advertise. Costco is as they include hazard damage in their pricing while America's tire does not. Costco does not carry my size of tire though. THE UGLY. Do not make the mistake I made by going towards Guerneville Road on the small lane leading there as there is no actual curb cut to enter and exit dead ahead; it is oddly 20 feet to the left. I unfortunately did not realize that as there is no sign or barriers so over the curb i went in the Miata smashing down on the frame rails. I don't believe there was any damage but a lower car would have suffered severe damage. There needs to be a sign or barrier telling you there is no exit there and directing you 20 feet to the left. Better to simply exit on Cleveland Avenue which is how I had come in. I would return but I'd like to see me be the last person to smash the underside of their car exiting on what looks like a driveway exit onto Guerneville Road.

They answered the phone, told me to come by and they'd take a look at my tire with a slow leak. They found the problem immediately and fixed it. Not only that, but the tech reset my "low tire pressure" alert (which another shop couldn't figure out on a previous occasion.) Total charge: $15! Fast work, and looks like a good repair job, so I will be coming back here for future needs. And they do oil changes, and other work as well. Convenient location too--close to Costco.
