This place is so terrible it's not even funny…read more I had a 30 minute conversation with the woefully uniformed "owner" that swore up and down my unit was climate controlled. I've lost 1700$ worth of photo paper, film, and products because the unit regularly reaches 100+ degrees Fahrenheit. STAY AWAY. If the heat is fine for you there's rats that will chew everything as well. The kicker is that when I called to complain the guy at the front desk just insisted on talking over me the entire time.

When I finally checked out today at about 11 a.m, I asked the employee if he had been promoted to manager. His response was rude and unprofessional. He said "if you want information call the Salem manager." The tone of voice said it all!! This is the same employee who accused me of being in arrears when he first started working there. I had NEVER and NEVER have made a late payment. Though the purpose of this review is to help other people looking for storage. I would like to point out that JIM, a long-term, part time employee has ALWAYS been helpful, polite and wonderful in every way. He himself earns a five star rating *****, but sadly not everybody has Jim's high standards for customer service.
