All Decked Out was the only one that required front end homework (beyond what was already available in a web form) -and- charged a "consultation fee" of $100. I hate these fees in every capacity working with contractors, but I can't recall this ever being present outside of plumbers and electricians. I didn't proceed to set-up the consultation because their reviews online and competitive estimate should provide enough knowledge to their potential customer vs. instead of pinning them into working with them because of the thought of, "Well, we've already paid $100 towards working with this company..."

All Decked Out (ADO) replaced our old deck with a beautiful new deck and screened-in room in less than a month, and we're delighted with the results. As advertised, they used high-quality, low-maintenance materials (e.g., Deckorators decking and Woodtone®Tongue & Groove ceiling panels), and the workmanship was excellent. Other things we liked about ADO: * Their photo gallery shows actual photos from projects they completed, instead of a gallery full of stock photos [GOOGLE image search is your friend]. They also have photos of projects they're working on and videos on their Instagram pages (AllDeckedOut513 and AllDeckedOut513.Day2Day). * ADO's website clearly explained their process and what clients can expect after contacting them [See "Start Here"https://alldeckedout513.com/our-process/] * We liked the fact that ADO handles both design and construction. * ADO uses the Builder Trend app, which made communicating with the office and project leaders, invoicing and payments super easy and convenient. The project builder keeps a daily log on the app. If we have any questions post-completion, we can message them via the app. * They have a 3yr builder's warranty. * Everyone was so nice and so patient...Jennifer(admin), Joe & Jessica (the owners), Jeff (project leader), and John & Taylor (our builder and his helper). A big thanks to All Decked Out for bringing our vision to life.

Brian, the owner of the company, hires only the best craftsmen and pays them very well resulting in more cost but better quality. Frank, Cody, and Adam are very skilled at their craft and with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. They use only the best products and fixtures to assure that your investment will stand the test of time. They are prompt, honest, polite and very respectful of your home and your vision. Kim is very helpful with design advice in coordinating with your ideas to create the perfect space. The whole team works well together and with the customer to bring your vision for your project to life. I've included photos of all 3 projects.

Explained everything (cost, constraints, options, etc) and always polite. An extra bonus, used locally sourced materials supporting other local businesses. The team was pleasant, conscience that we had to function in the home, cleaned up at the end of every day and were 100% trustworthy. They stand behind their work and I highly recommend the services they provide. I absolutely will use TMC again in the future. Quite simply, highly impressed with entire experience.

Instead of finishing the job, Quincey Barrett ripped out the old doors, left the home in shambles, and vanished with the money. The house is now in a far worse state than when it started--it is unsecured, unfinished, and $25,000 has been stolen. This is not a "bad contractor" experience; this is professional fraud and property abandonment. URGENT CALL TO ACTION: If you have also been a victim of Quincey Barrett, do not wait. Go to your local police station and file a report for construction fraud and theft by deception. We are working with the authorities to ensure there is a paper trail for this criminal behavior. You should also report them to the State Licensing Board immediately. Save your family the trauma and the money--stay as far away from Quincey Barrett as possible.

NOTE: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IS DOCUMENTED through text…read moremessages, phone calls, photographs, home inspections, signed contracts, and additional records. Recent reviews accurately reflect the fraudulent conduct of CPR. The company, owned and operated by Quincy Barrett (CEO) and Brandy Barrett (CFO), misrepresents services and caused us and other clients to lose thousands of dollars. CPR engages in repeated deception, creating a pattern of inconsistent and false statements. Communication is routinely delayed or nonexistent. Quincy Barrett goes silent for days and weeks at a time when updates are requested regarding the contracted project. Signed contracts are breached, and "lifetime warranties" become void when Quincy Barrett fails to meet contractual obligations. Quincy leaves before projects are completed or even begun. The project that was said would take two weeks to be completed did not even begin until 5 months later. The funniest yet is that the project remains unfinished one year and one day after the contract was signed on 12/12/24. CPR provides proof of current insurance coverage and then knowingly cancels the policy prior to the start of the project. When asked about insurance coverage for multiple property damages and a homeowner's bodily injury caused by materials left in the yard, CPR provided evasive responses and no resolution. The homeowner is instructed to cover the damages out of pocket with the promise of reimbursement, RIGHT... Documented damages include the central AC unit, windows and screens, security cameras, all landscape lighting, and most of the landscaping. Quincy Barrett pressures homeowners to authorize loan disbursements using false statements. When contacted by the loan company, he falsely stated that only one piece of siding remained to be installed for completion. CPR abandons a gutter, roofing, and siding project in an unfinished and unsafe condition, compromising the integrity of the home. The most documented deficiencies include gutters installed incorrectly, large sections of siding not installed, siding was installed on half of the porch ceiling instead of soffit, missing water barriers on exposed areas, no insulation in open sections of the home, an unfinished roof, multiple electrical outlets left exposed to the elements, and open gaps in the siding that have allowed vermin enter a previously sealed home now. Due to Quincy Barrett's failure to properly oversee the project in his role as project manager, custom window framing was not installed and may not have even been ordered. Security camera footage showed Quincy Barrett personally managing approximately one hour of the exterior project, which consisted primarily of walking the property and unloading supplies. A refund for the nonexistent custom window framing was eventually issued. However, CPR initially failed to provide the refund due to insufficient funds from the company account. Quincy Barrett claims the account was impacted by fraud. The refund was ultimately issued only after a cashier's check was demanded. Following the submission of the first review, and only review until today, 12/13/25, a 2:00 AM text message was received containing a screenshot of the review and a threatening message. The nature of the threat, whether physical or legal, is unclear. A request for clarification received no response. Responses provided by CPR now will consistently satisfy their claims, regardless of factual documentation. The conduct of Quincy and Brandy Barrett demonstrates a pattern of misrepresentation, nonperformance, and intimidation.

We recently had our home inspected due to our home sale and the inspector informed us that the manner in which the posts were repaired had created a structural concern and was not an accepted method of repair. I contacted Deck Unlimited and a representative came to the house and agreed that the posts should not have been repaired the way they were. He recommended replacing the posts (5 in total). I then informed him that it was his company that had created the issue back in 2006. He then asked to see the inspector's report which described a suggested repair. After not hearing back for one week I contacted the company again and received an email quoting a repair charge of $120/post ($600 total) to repair the posts per the inspector's recommendations. They created the structural defect and now want to charge me to fix it. They are not standing behind their work nor taking responsibility for their mistake.
