The first time was back in January of 2022 and we ended up draining the tank completely down to zero when it was in the single digits or below zero before we caught the issue. We called and they tried to blame us saying we switched it to call in when we never did and then told us it would be a premium charge of an extra $100 for them to come out to refill us on such short notice. So my wife, my dogs, and I pretty much lived in my office where I had an electric heater for three days until they were able to come and fill it. When they did finally come they just filled it and never made an attempt to come inside to check and make sure everything was fine and instead completely turned it off at the tank. They claimed they knocked on the door and no one answered, however, we have cameras on our driveway and door and no one made an attempt to even approach the house. So even though it was full, nothing was coming into the house thus our heat was still off. We called and complained again and they came out the following morning and finally got it running. It took two days with the heat cranked all the way up to bring the house back up to a normal livable temperature. It was horrible! The second time we caught it when the tank was at around 30% last month and called to inquire about when they were planning on coming out to fill it. Again we were told we were removed from autofill and they refused to give us a valid excuse as to why or even apologize. The absolute disrespect and lack of care TWICE in the same calendar year is egregious so we opted to switch providers. It seems based on posts in my towns Facebook group this seems to be a rather common practice for Parker so just be leary if you're planning on using them.

I am not an expert on propane but I would suspect the other reviewer whose tank went empty and had issues after fill up with no gas coming into line. I know there is a warning not to let your tank go to zero, maybe if the line goes empty they have to bleed it, like brake lines on a car.

I came at 8:50pm and now same lady tells me it's closed. I know she recognized me. I wouldn't recommend this place. For sure I won't be coming back here.
