My package has been taken to a facility for pickup. If I had a car, this would not be a problem. But I don't have a car. That's why I've been getting delivery. So, while Amazon redirects me to UPS for "customer service," UPS has none and refers me back to Amazon. At least at Amazon, I got to talk to a PERSON. It doesn't matter that they're in India or whatever. They HELPED. Whereas UPS was born of Satan's sphincter and actively thrives on inconveniencing people. Don't. Use. UPS.

Once my mother in law told just the $100 service fee would be paid because she no longer wanted the washer from them they forced to pay with threats to call the police.
