My mom and dad had a U-Haul broken down and they show up to this place (closest uhaul dealer) and lady refused to help or offer any assistance at all, and was extremely rude to my mother who simply asked to use the restroom because her U-Haul had broken down. The lady kept saying no public restroom only for customers. My mom kept telling her that she is a customer and that she cannot take her car anywhere to use the restroom because the tire had blown. Lady kept refusing to help. Lady did not offer any assistance. Did not try to call anyone for our family and didn't even have the heart to let my mom use the restroom who was a U-Haul customer. Very disappointed I do not recommend a place to anybody. You should let this lady go. I will also be reporting her to corporate U-Haul.

I was on 30% which is the threshold in which Rose Oil requires you to call. Made the call and they said they would put me on the schedule for Monday 2/2/26. I was skeptical to wait that long but also at their mercy. Called the emergency number on 2/1/26 to notify Rose Oil that I was now on 10%, same response. Called 2/2/26 that I was now empty. Said I was on the route. Even after visiting their office on 2/3/26 and explaining that I have a baby and toddler I still have no propane and a cold house. Had to pack my family up and get a room. Was a great company until it was bought out by GPM Empire. Rose Oil owns the tank so no other company will fill.
