The previous Hospice was OK, but I wanted to compare. Inland Regional Hospice was one of the companies given to me. The owner himself came to my home with his assistant. He was very caring and very realistic. The staff from the receptionist to the social worker are amazing. My mom was in my home during her Hospice care and I was her caregiver. Sherene was her case manager nurse and was always available no matter what time of the day. I always looked forward to the Social Worker Shekinah visits as she always made me feel I needed to take care of myself. She always showed sincere concern of my mental and physical care. Comparing my experience with the first Hospice and Inland Regional, I'm so blessed to have Inland Regional with me when my Mom passed away.

This company not only Calle some back within minutes of me calling but was also able to send the owner over to meet with me at this was in the evening! I was amazed. I had questions and got answers right away. No run around. No night time fill in company who didn't k ow us! They were fantastic. All the people were so Sweet and knowledgeable. I didn't have to do their jobs for them! And I was so happy to know my aunt was in good hands. The other company I had to help and do their job for them. Or show them how to care for her. Today as I wrote this my aunt passed away. I called them and they were here within the hour. Called the mortuary and took care of her for her cleaned up and ready for pick up. The sweetest nurse Adrian. Adrian you are an angel. I love your outgoing personality and so loving you were our angel these last days. So thank you. Lilybeth's organization of Specialists came in and cared for my father in his dying days, with compassion, expertise, and Grace. Alayna provided the utmost gentile ministration. They would clean my father and then massage these amazing oils into his hands, feet, and body. One night my father took a turn for the worse and I was crying and called Lilybeth for help and she responded with, "I will be right there!" and she was! Each aspect of this organization is tailored to your needs. They all work together: the RN's, Lilybeth, the daily caregiving and the ministers who come to minister to any faith. Their wholistic approach left no gaps. And on they day my father passed, Lilybeth's organization worked together from cleaning and preparing him, to organizing the mortuary. He did not want to stay another night! Even though it was late the night that we got home, Dr. Fukuda visited us to introduce himself and engage in meaningful conversation with my dad. Dr. Fukuda has a very positive and friendly presence, and he knows what questions to ask to spark interest in the patient. The weekly visits from the nurse, Karen, gave my father something to look forward to. When she came to check vitals and address any concerns, she was efficient, but also respectful. I also liked her use of more natural medicines. Finally, I was comforted by Chaplain Wong's visits and phone calls. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these facilities are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF.
