No home is perfect, but we were able to purchase with a lot more confidence in what we were getting, which helps to take the stress down on a very very stressful time.

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

The report states that the venting above the gas stove was working properly but there is no vent at all there, and that has been an ongoing issue in my house. The report also states that the water dispenser in the fridge was working normally but there is not even a water line connected to the refrigerator. The report was timely, professionally written and provided additional information as needed to prevent future mold and contaminates. The report was used to do the home's repair by a third party. Once completed, the repair company provided a certification that the mold was removed. The home is now clean of all allergens..
