They tried to reschedule and I told them I was not available at the proposed time. Despite this, the company showed up anyway and created an awkward situation by arriving the same time as another contractor (who I did schedule) for the same bid. If a business cannot handle basic scheduling and communication there is no way I will trust them with a $10k+ job. Do better.

While inspecting the property he left the shower in the Master Bedroom on (full blast-hot water) which caused damage to the walls. It made the freshly painted walls run due to the hot moisture. He will not admit to his negligent mistake, instead he wants to argue the fact, which he has no leg to stand on. It is very obvious that he left the shower on... but he refuses to admit it, instead he was very defensive and rude. During the time the shower was running he had my husband outside pointing out a leak that was "somewhere" in the house. He explained that the meter was spinning so fast and indicated a big leak "somewhere" Well, I guess the meter would have been spinning considering the shower was on full blast. Duh... His explanation when we asked him was that he didn't even know there was a shower in the Master Bedroom.. Wow, how could you have missed that MR INSPECTOR?? A GREAT INSPECTOR he turned out to be.. I rate this one man company with a big fat 0/stars... Bad attitude and refuses to even Listen to reason.... You need a lesson on how to treat your customers.. Snellville Georgia... be safe!

They were immediately responsive and sent a technician within a couple days, ordered the part and installed and repaired as soon as they received the part.
