We recently had an offer accepted on a condo in Encino. I must say that he lived up to the positive things said about him. Joe arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and explained things clearly. He was friendly, methodical, and also seems to love what he does, which explains why he does it so well. He is up-to-date on codes, explaining the ones that affected us, and also had helpful suggestions. The report arrived soon after the inspection. BTW, Joe gave us a binder with some helpful home-owner tips and a good-sized book full of DIY tips and instructions on fixing things like hardwood floors. Just want to say how awesome they are! I needed an inspector as soon as possible they made the time to go out 2 days after I called. We had a little problem the day we set up the appointment and we're not able to get into the property but thanked God Anthony and Joe were so easy to work with and were very flexible. Aaron was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He looked at every detail and took his time explaining everything in detail so we know exactly what we got into. They also flew a drone over the tile roof to find every cracked tile or patch, this is amazing considering other inspectors can't walk on a tile roof so they have to eye ball it and hope they see an issue. Amerispec was worth every penny and honestly even if they were more expensive I'd still go with them knowing the level of work they provide.
