My house has some footing issues, and after I called him, I got the sense that some people might have simply taken my money, told me "Yes, there's a problem," and I'd still have to find a contractor to actually fix it. We called Randy for the home insurance requirement, he was on time and professional; before he started to inspect the house, he urged us to make sure that we hired the right person for insurance purpose so not waste time and money. We called the insurance agent and he told us that a home inspection would not meet the requirements of the insurance company.
