It is the computer I have my printer and scanner connected to. I called Mark and took it in that afternoon. Within a little under 2 hours he had my computer up and running, cleaned the crap off it, l installed some security programs, and explained how to use them. His cost was very reasonable. My computer is working great. I will be taking in my laptop next week to have it cleaned and given a general check up. I use it everyday for my email, paying my bills, reading the news, my calendar, etc. However it is not as healthy as it could be. I would definitely be using him again.
