Would never recommend. Took an iPad in for a cracked screen. When we got it back, there were black…read morelines through the entire screen and the touch did not work. When we called them, they stated they left the protective screen on and installed it that way. We brought it back and they supposedly "fixed it again" there are black dots on each corner. The speaker no longer works for voice text or FaceTime. I called them to ask them if they stand behind this and they said they already fixed our problem. I am never one to leave bad reviews let alone bad ones on businesses but I would never trust or take any device there.

Took IPad to Adrian at Screen Pros to have screen replaced. It did take over 3 weeks for the IPad…read moreto be repaired-due to communication issues on both our parts. And there is one year warranty on the screen that was replaced. Once Adrian received the screen, the IPad was repaired quickly. Very happy to have the IPad working again. I recommend Screen Pros and will use them again if the need arises. Also, Adrian recommended I get a screen protector and promised to send the link so I could order it. By the time I got home, as promised, the link was in my email. And I did order the screen protector!

I went to AT&T to try to get help. She had no clue. Directed me to go to U-Tec down from it!! Best thing ever!! Greeted by Kimmie. She was great. Confident in getting it fixed. Apparently, very messed up. She was supposed it didn't break down sooner with the big pixel dot showing. Told I could take a sear inside and it would be about 30 minutes. Sat down. Safe, clean, cool and comfortable. A lot of cute cases to view to buy. Before you know it, I was called, it was fixed and working!! Thankful!! Paid for it, told I could contact if any issues, but shouldn't be and wished. Good day!! Relieved!! Cell looks brand new!! Great service and GREAT phone repair!! Highly recommended!! I had been calling around to competitors like U-Tec who were quoting Brand New third-party screens from some pretty reputable screen producers for around $270. Because I wanted an Apple screen I went with RepairAll. I visited the location and dropped my tablet off, he told me if I wanted to pay an extra $30 it would be ready the next day otherwise it would be 2 days total. He ended up closing the store for a family emergency for 5 days after I dropped my device off (why would he charge me $30 more for early pick up but no discount for late pick up). After he finally re-opened the store, I went in to pick up my device and it was not ready. Because they weren't answering their phones I visited the store once in the morning to which he would say "come back later in the day". I would go back later and it wouldnt be ready. This happened for 3 days where I went to the store 2 times a day - wasting my time and my gas. After this fiasco he finally had it ready, but informed me that the device wouldn't turn on. To be fair, it hadn't been charged in a while. He ended up putting on some crappy screen that had a few different issues, but I got it to turn on after he tried up-selling me a new battery. It just needed to be charged for 30 minutes. I called in to get a better screen because this one was absolutely awful which he agreed to. I brought my iPad back in and we went back and forth for another 2 days . I FINALLY got it back with a ... Decent ... Screen. The screen has two blemishes on it, completely not worth what I paid. One near the top with a noticeable amount of dead pixels, and another blemish near the bottom where the pixels aren't the same brightness in a considerably large area. This place offers a year long warranty, but I am honestly afraid to come back here. Even if I had to pay for an entirely new screen I probably wouldn't come back here just to get the warranty. Hey man, if you're reading this - you should really be more considerate to your customers. Call/text with status updates, answer the phone, stick to your commitments, have backup plans, and lastly stop selling these crappy screens that have issues. When people get their device repaired they wanted it in like-new condition. I feel completely ripped off.
