I think one other review griped about false medical claims. My view is that alternative therapy can always have an element of voodoo and it might not work for some. I've found it great personally but I don't believe for a second claims of elevated calorie burn etc. Give it a try. First two sessions are $60 or $30 a piece which is a great deal.

Tonight, I took a Flext class with Scarlett Salem and wow this class was soooo good and definitely my speed. It was heated and we did a lot of really great hip and low back stretches that I love and need. Instructor was very good, very clear and I enjoyed every minute of this class! 10/10! The heat was set just right and I still sweated a lot but also got in a really deep stretch session but not to the point where I felt it was overwhelming. Appointments are easy to make. I am a big fan of cryo and have had great experiences the times I've used it on different body parts. What I like is that I can do a few whole body sessions and then my pain is gone for like a year or two. But even if I had to do it every couple of months, I'd still do it. In the long run, cryo is less costly, less time consuming and actually works pretty quickly. Glad this place is around and that it's close. They have other interesting services that I might actually be interested in trying. Definitely recommend Capital Cryo!
