You were combative about giving me a refund and wanted to do a call. I wanted your promise of a refund on text as this whole thing was a mess. Jill was my stylist and she did an awesome job! She didn't make me feel rushed at all, but she worked fast. I've gotten highlights once before, but they looked too light for my dark hair and looked stripey (almost like gray hair). Jill did a great job of blending them all in to make them look natural. Since I did want it so light, she did way more highlights than usual. It got a little pricey. I paid $109 (after a referral discount) with no haircut included, but my hair is pretty long and she had to add about 3 more bowls of bleach than a normal highlighting session. She also used a toner on me. She was very clear with me right off the bat with the pricing though, so there weren't any surprises. I already booked my next appointment to get balayage added. I can't wait! I can't say much about the other services, but I highly recommend Jill for getting color done.
