I called for a same day appt and they were very accomadating. I was looking for a pretty drastic change from super long hair to a long angled bob. I got Tiffany as my hairdresser and she was amazing. She didn't try to talk me out of my cut but she was also up front and honest about the upkeep of the cut I was choosing. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it! Afterwards while she was styling she showed me tips on the best way to style my hair. She was awesome and I'll definitely be back and I'll recommend her to anyone! UPDATE: my message was read on Feb. 5, NO answer from my inquiry. Poor business practices! This business recently closed due to sub zero weather. Totally cool and understand. I would have done same thing. Reason for 1 star is they failed to respond to my instant message from their Facebook page, which where I found out about the closure. My husband had a late night appointment. Had he driven out in severe cold conditions and found store was closed, you would have lost a customer. IF your using SOCIAL MEDIA as form of communication, be courteous and respond to messages in comments or messenger. OR at a minimum, update your store voicemail that you are closed! read more

I'll start this off by saying I have brown hair and I am used to paying 5 bucks for a box of hair dye every time I need a touch up. My hair was starting to look a little boring, so I decided I was going to book an appointment at a salon to have them liven it up a little. Since I'm used to paying so little to color my hair, I wanted a noticeable change to make me feel like I got my money's worth. I decided to lighten up my hair. Jill was my stylist and she did an awesome job! She didn't make me feel rushed at all, but she worked fast. I've gotten highlights once before, but they looked too light for my dark hair and looked stripey (almost like gray hair). Jill did a great job of blending them all in to make them look natural. Since I did want it so light, she did way more highlights than usual. It got a little pricey. I paid $109 (after a referral discount) with no haircut included, but my hair is pretty long and she had to add about 3 more bowls of bleach than a normal highlighting session. She also used a toner on me. She was very clear with me right off the bat with the pricing though, so there weren't any surprises. I already booked my next appointment to get balayage added. I can't wait! I can't say much about the other services, but I highly recommend Jill for getting color done. read more

This place is amazing. I went the Reflections after trying several salons in the Canton area. I felt like I was paying good money for a whole lot of attitude and not a whole lot of style. I got talked down to over and over by some snotty stylists when I finally made the switch. I go see Jennifer, and she is amazing! She has a great attitude and is open to whatever I want. Crazy colors and cuts are no problem. The whole staff has a great attitude, I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. read more

Went to this place recently for a quick haircut...it was the day after we had a big snowstorm...there were three stylists in the salon and the receptionist. I was the only customer. I explained that I wanted a short haircut...the receptionist told me that they had a person coming in for an appointment at 130pm...mind you it wasn't even noon...the sign out front says "walk ins welcome"...I left getting the feeling they simply didn't want to bother with me. Went to the Fantastic Sams down the street, got took in right away even though they were very busy and got the cut I asked for...will never go to this place again. read more

Probably one of the best salons I've been to, there always so friendly! I usually have Megan do my hair and shes awesome! I love how soft my hair feels after i get it colored, i def suggest the chemical treatment they offer u after they do a color, its amazing. I went to this salon a handful of times. The most recent trip the highlights I got were chunky and unnatural looking and left much of my root exposed making me feel like I already needed a touchup. I still had some uneven strands after my haircut as well. The entire time I was there the girls were gossiping about employees and clients not present, not positive things, it made me not want to become a regular. The worst of all was when I asked if I could pay part cash and part on my card and the girl snorted at me as I it was such a ridiculous and pathetic request. "Haha..okayyy" in a very condescending tone of voice. I'm a busy working mom and get my hair done maybe 3 or 4 times a year, and I will not waste any of those times here ever again. read more

Me and my mom had been going here for YEARS, so long i cant even remember. Ever since we started we had been seeing Sarah. The last time we went was in October of 2017, my mom had got her hair done a couple weeks before that with a shadow root. The root was a little to dark then my mom liked so she scheduled another appointment to get it lightened. All my mom asked for was her roots to be lighten. Sarah ended up bleaching my moms whole head WITHOUT her knowing or asking for that. i think she realized what she did because she was brought back to the bowl more then once. I was watching and could tell what she did wasn't right. After doing whatever she was doing she got a phone call and had to go meet someone for her new salon. Left my mom unhappy and damaged her hair so bad it fell out in the back. My mom had orange/yellow/white all different colors left in her hair on top of being damaged so bad. She didn't even offer to stay and fix it or have someone else help. SHE LEFT. My mom was so upset she cried with what she was left with. She had texted Sarah showing her pictures of how horrible and messed up it looked. About 5 months later and still no text or call apologizing or offering to fix it or even checking on her after YEARS of being with her. You would think of knowing and doing someones hair for so long you would be a little more considerate then that. Over charged all the time too...i would get just a solid color on my hair every time, she would charge me for a color then add 2 additional colors, which would cost 50$+ more, now going somewhere else who DOESN'T charge for using the normal amount of color i need, i learned that isn't normal for most places. We both pay way cheaper now:) read more

This is a great hair studio. I love the work they do. I have worked with several of the stylists and they are all extremely professional. I especially like Julia. We are working on converting my hair to grey and it is turning out great. I get my eyebrows done there as well. Highly recommended! read more

i went here looking for someone who would listen to me and give me the haircut i wanted..everytime. i went to Michele, the first time she cut my hair I explained what I wanted and she explained what could be done. I have very short hair with colics galore, I always walked out of the salons with what I would call a bubble on my head, no one could make my hair just flow. She cut my hair and it looked great! she told me she would write down everything we did so she could do it every time. 6^ weeks later I went back, she cut my haiir and when I asked her about thinning ot the back so I wouldn't have the bubble in back she said we will do that every other appt. I was like ok she knows best, Went home and within 2 weeks I wasn't happy with my hair growing back, the bubble was back. At my next appt she did a good job but I had to remind her to thin out the back, and I also had to point out a spot on my hair where it was sticking out and needed to be trimmed. Scheduled my next appt and it was horrible, she was running behind which was no big deal, but she took the person before me and sat her at the sink for a wash and then left for 20 minutes, I timed her, she then came back up front, on her phone and went to wash the other girls hair. When she was almost done she had someone else wash my hair and then she brought me over to have it cut, now we are a 1/2 hour past my appt. At this point I am not even upset that she is running behind. She starts cutting my hair and I can tell this is going to be a bad haircut, she is trying to get back on schedule rushing through my hair. When she was done, I had to tell her again to cut some of my hair that I could see was uneven and also to fix a piece that was sticking out. Now I am getting mad because i feel she is trying to make up time on my hair, I paid the bill and made another appt. I am not keeping that appt. When I got home the bubble was on the back of my head. My sides are uneven, which I can do nothing about, and my daughter who was with me had to even out the back of my hair, she told me there were parts of my hair she didn't even touch. I am very unhappy with this cut and will never go back. read more
