I had never had lash extensions before and didn't know what to expect. I was comfortable, and was constantly asked about my comfort level which was nice. Obviously, I got a little uncomfortable sitting still for such a long time, as was expected, but was pleasantly surprised by the results. My lashes looked absolutelu beautiful. I am Asian, and have super short and straight lashes that get eaten up by my hooded lids, and somehow the lash technician was able to make something out of nothing. Just like magic. I am overall quite happy with my experience and services. In terms of some constructive criticism, I only have a few nit picky observations. As I have super sensitive eyes, I immediately started tearing up, which is the only warning I have for those new to lash extensions in general. The quality of the lashes themselves feel a little hard and don't feel high end, however (although what do I know; I'm not a professional and I don't know that much. I'm just stating an observation). I'm around week 2 for my lash extensions and I find that my lashes on my left side are falling out significantly faster than my right side, which is a little annoying for someone who is a little obsessive compulsive like myself. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4/5 just because of price, lasting power of my lashes, and quality of lashes. But customer service leaves nothing to be desired, so I'm giving Lashful Ladies a respectable 4.5/5

Then blocks me lol (Ghetto Fabulous at its finest)! She better believe I will see her in small claims court! She is money hungry and not honorable at all! She is often booked out weeks in advance but will go out of her way to squeeze in her regulars if needed. Plus she's always great for a chat! They're no longer taking appointments anywhere but their (very nice) Towson location, which is a shame personally. However, the service and the prices here beat anywhere you will find in downtown Baltimore, so it's well-worth the drive. A 20% rate hike a couple of years back ($50 to $60 for a fill) was painful initially until I looked around and realized they are still the best value around!

I then looked at her Instagram and knew I'd have an awesome experience. She knows exactly what she's doing and how to do it. I went in for a brow waxing appointment ((that she was able to make happen VERY last minute)) and asked a ton of questions, which she happily and thoroughly answered. She explained every step of what she was doing, and we chatted through the appointment like old friends. I ended up asking about brow tinting, and because it was so affordable, I got that too. I am SO happy--it was my first time with tinting, and I now actually have the eyebrows I've always wanted!
