Wish I lived in Baltimore because I could have excellent nail care provided by either Chin or An,…read morethe husband & wife team who own and operate this neighborhood gem of a nail salon and spa, on a consistent basis. My nails were in horrible shape when I landed at BWI so, within my first few hours of getting settled into the row home where I was cat sitting for a few days, I began searching through local nail salons and reading their reviews. Enchanted caught me hook, line, and sinker! The team here has a true and steady local following, and now I know why firsthand. Chin believes only in soaking off the existing nails and will not hurry the visit by using the grinder most places use. He explained to me that it wears away at the strength of my natural nail and that I should insist my nail salon back home takes the time to soak off my nails. With that being said, Chin took great care in getting my very damaged and very short nails back to looking really nice, and we agreed only one tip for a nail that I had bit off so short it was painful. An chimed in on the color selection, and the two of them got me to a beautiful shade of champagne. As I sat in their salon, I lost sight of the fact that I was right off Eastern Avenue. The atmosphere is tranquil and very relaxing. Good conversation was shared between the owners, another team member, and two regulars of theirs who were super pleasant. In fact, An was kind enough to text me that they were running a little behind for my appointment and also mentioned to look for the blue awning off of Ann Street. If you are fortunate enough to live near Enchanted I highly recommend you get there soon. And if you are visiting Baltimore and in need of nail care as I was last Saturday then call them up for an appointment!

She gives advice & recommendations and has never led me wrong. In Randi I have found not only a hair stylist but a complete beauty consultant! I recently followed Randi to the Fells Point Salon from Neals in Mt Vernon (which is a block from where I live). I admit I was not excited about going from a 1 block walk to a couple mile drive, but what I have in Randi was just too valuable to overlook. I am very happy with my decision. This salon is very friendly & comfortable and the parking has never been the issue I thought it would be! I highly recommend Randi if you are looking for a new stylist who really takes the time (and has the expertise) to understand the individual needs of her clients.

The good: Sweet staff. Clean-looking result. Got me in last minute…read more The not so good: $65 for a gel pedicure with French tips at a place with no reclining chairs, no water jets, and reused foot scrubbers. The "organic" label seems to serve more as a price justifier than a real differentiator. No posted menu, unclear pricing after asking multiple times, and no receipt upon checkout. I stayed because I was in a rush, but I would not return. If you are low-maintenance and just need it done, it works. If you want a full experience for that price point, keep looking.

I've been a loyal customer here, and the nail technicians themselves are genuinely nice, but the…read morecustomer service I received recently was ridiculous. My gel manicure started peeling after only about six days. I called on the EIGHTH DAY after my appointment to let them know and ask for it to be redone. They told me they only guarantee gel manicures for one week. Fine, but I was calling literally one day after that period because the manicure had already started peeling before the week was even over. They offered to schedule the repair only if I came back within two weeks of my original appointment. I explained that I had meetings and could not make it within that specific timeframe, and asked to schedule it a little later. They refused and told me they would not fix it if the appointment was more than two weeks after my original service. How does that make any sense? I reported the problem immediately. The fact that I physically couldn't come in during their narrow timeframe somehow became my problem. What made it worse was the attitude. The woman kept saying she needed to speak with my technician and questioning everything in a way that made me feel like she thought I was lying. Over a $40 to $50 manicure? Seriously? A gel manicure should not start peeling after six days, and a loyal customer who reports the problem right away should not have to argue just to get it fixed. Nice technicians are great, but terrible customer service and refusing to stand behind your work will absolutely make customers go somewhere else.
