Every single visit, I'm blown away by the quality--my manicures and pedicures are always flawless, the shaping is perfection, and they work so efficiently without ever feeling rushed. On top of that, the communication is great, the products they use are high quality, and the pricing is very reasonable for the level of service you get. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE! I have been coming to this nail salon consistently for almost 3 years and always booked with the same nail technician every month. Unfortunately, my last experience was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. When I arrived for my appointment, nobody informed me beforehand that my nail tech had injured her hand and would not be able to do my nails. I only found out after getting there, which could have easily been communicated ahead of time. Instead, I was expected to stay and have someone else do my nails without any notice or consideration for my time. What made the situation worse was the owner, Tina's attitude throughout the entire experience. Rather than taking accountability for the poor communication and inconvenience, she acted dismissive and made comments implying that I could "just come back another time," as if my time was not valuable and I had nothing else to do. I ended up spending nearly 4 hours there. The pedicure I received from another technician was also very disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is that they did not charge me for it. However, instead of trying to make things right, Tina continued to act defensive and avoided taking responsibility. And she intentionally avoided scheduling my next appointment. After being a loyal customer for years, I expected much better treatment. Based on my experience and seeing similar complaints from others, customer concerns do not seem to be taken seriously here. I wanted to like this place but the nail techs are inexperienced, the receptionist, Tina, is pushy and makes the nail techs go to her for approval on everything from polish choice to number of layers of polish used. It's insane and inefficient. At my most recent visit, I arrived early, they began the appointment late. I will acknowledge that there was a miscommunication around needing a fill-in, but I booked time for a pedicure and polish change with designs several days in advance. However midway through my pedicure it became clear that my tech was not comfortable with more complex designs and I was met with resistance about every choice I made throughout. They started out by refusing to use the same color I wanted on my hands on my toes. Then when it came time to do my hands my tech just had no idea what I was asking for. And the receptionist who was acting as a go-between was nowhere to be found. Another nail tech who wasn't busy did translate for us, but even then my tech still couldn't understand what I was asking for. If the receptionist had just let me know that no one was free that was capable of doing more intricate artwork I would have just rescheduled but instead I was misled and left with nails that weren't even the color I wanted because the nail tech and receptionist *insisted* I used a black base coat on my hands even though they didn't do the same for my feet. So now my toes and my hands also don't match. I know there are nail techs at Pamper Me capable of creating beautiful artwork, however the staff today left me feeling like I was an afterthought and now I'm left with expensive nails that I'm incredibly unhappy with. Update: I noticed several hours after leaving the salon that my cuticles were sore and painful. Turns out, my nail tech used the grinder too close to my skin and cut me several times. My cuticles were bleeding because of Maria's inexperienced work. The salon "owner" called me the next day and all he cared about was telling me he couldn't give me a refund (even though I never asked for one) because the "company requires same day complaints be filed at the salon" and said there's nothing he can do...Don't you own the salon, my guy? Just say you're cheap and don't care when your employees injure people and stop pretending to be receptive to feedback. read more

I came back here yet again and was super happy with my services! I worked with Anghela, and she was sweet and was able to make the design I wanted! The vibe here was just as good as last time-- it's not too loud -- feels upscale and luxurious (spa like!) really a nice place to come to as I don't often come to get my nails done. But I would love to come back more! They also discounted me for smaller designs on my nails which I appreciated. I was in Baltimore and needed a pedicure! I found Pamper Me Nail spa and it was nearby + had good reviews, so I decided why not! Never do I ever get no-chip polish on my toes because it always pops off. Because I was taking a flight, my regular pedicure wouldn't dry in time so I opted for no chip and OH MY GOODNESS! Blanca gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten. She took her time and my no chip lasted almost 4 weeks. I have frequented this salon and had satisfactory results. I came in with an appointment and asked the owner to mention to my tech that I had a sore nail that I hurt, myself, opening a box. I've waited a month for my fill in knowing my nail was sore to give it time to heal. I felt it was good enough to go through the process of a fill in. All I did was ask them to be gentle and be aware the nail was tender. I was fine going through the drilling and filing process. I was denied service! I can't ask them to be gentle? They can't be aware? She literally said "No." to those questions. read more

I found a beautiful nail design on instagram that I then booked an appointment with Kat for and she recreated it so well I was speechless. I got the gel manicure with design for $64 (before tip!) and even though their air brush machine that they took out brand new for me didn't work, Kat was so clever in finding another way to imitate the airbrushed nail design by using dip powder and a brush! I love coming here whenever I get my nails done and this is always the spot I recommend to my friends as, in my opinion, the best nail spot in the city. read more

Tina and her staff do a fantastic job. They always honor my appointments and almost always run on time (the longest I've had to wait is 10 minutes). I really appreciate that they don't prioritize their walk-ins over scheduled clients (as a lot of other establishments). It also just overall makes for a better experience. I never feel rushed or neglected. There are a number of nail techs you can work with, only a few do design which means you need to specify ahead of time. I've worked with 3 of the techs over time, and they are all great. And to top it off, Tina's prices are some of the best in town. Always fair and they keep themselves competitive. I booked a same-day appointment and everything felt rushed. My pedicure was awful -- no soak, done in a hurry, and overall very sloppy. I also had builder gel done and the application was bulky and uneven compared to what I've since experienced elsewhere. I thought the experience was overall mediocre. While I like their technique for applying dip powder, it feels like a clinic inside. There was no place to put my coat or bag (I had to put it on the floor!!). The nail tech was not that helpful or nice. The pedicure was not very relaxing. Music was loud. Very cold inside. I was not offered a beverage, I had to ask. There was no consideration on my belongings, shoes, etc. The nail tech seemed a little junior as she could not properly trim my nails and I just told her to file them down instead. She had trouble making sure they were all the same length. Customer service was lacking. It was not until I was preparing to give a tip that I found out the nail techs name. This is not a problem for me unless I have important things to communicate about the service I'm receiving To be clear, the manicure station was dirty: the fan used to dry nails was caked with lint and dirt smelling like the motor was burning . The file used was old - gray instead of the original white . When I questioned the use of an electric file on my cuticles, I was told ( by the woman from the desk ) to " let her do her job." This place is really cute, however I was pretty disappointed with my service. I got a full gel set and within five days four nails on my right hand had chipped and one on my left-hand had cracked, this is never happened to me before. I would also like to note that my nails on my right hand had chipped first & since the polish was severely chipped, the nails snagged on my bedding which caused them to break. Again, this has never happened before. When I called to make an appointment to fix it he said that they could fix it but I would still have to pay full price and the best they could do is two dollars off. I was literally on the phone for 10 minutes explaining how my nails had chipped and it doesn't make sense for me to pay to get them done again, when they shouldn't have chipped in the first place. Typically when something like this happens, the nail salon should fix it for free, so I was honestly just pretty disappointed & had never had a nail salon offer 2$ off fixing a service that wasn't done right in the first place. I've been here a few times and each time ive gone to someone new, i dont really have loyalty to an employee I just like the location and the salon so i'll usually just book with whoever is available when I am ready to go. Every time I am usually greeted quickly and taken care of right away, im not a manicure girl so i'm usually going for a pedicure and havent had any issues to date. I'm disappointed. I had a great experience there! Unfortunately, my gel nails chipped in less than 5 days and they graciously fixed the nail when I returned from my weekend trip; however, two more nails chipped right after this, which I realize is outside the "5 day warranty" and was told they couldn't honor it- only if I was a "loyal customer." It's not like I want to keep going back and getting my nails fixed! Because of that, I will likely not be a "loyal customer." I expect my gel nails to last 2 weeks at the very least, and for them to be more understanding and accommodating if they chip before that, as that is not what is supposed to happen. That is the whole reason for getting gel after all!! They then told me they wouldn't fix my nails (that I had to pay for?) after writing this review. Which was not scathing or anything- just informing others to beware that you're polish might not last 10 days and if it doesn't, you'll have to pay. That's just not a nice way to rectify the situation. At least be sorry that I have to return twice to your nail salon for fixes, when that never should have happened in the first place. I really wanted to like it here :( I would have been a loyal customer if this hadn't happened! read more

I had an interesting experience here. I had high hopes due to the reviews and 5 star status but it didn't quite go as planned. I made an appointment beforehand and showed up early after walking several blocks. Due to the location, closer to the water, parking is definitely a bit of a challenge. After arriving, a guy checked me in, I picked a color and he started to remove my gel polish. This was interesting because I had an appointment with Tina. Only to have my nails completed by another employee, Maggie. She was kind and did an okay job but I made the appointment intentionally with Tina, based on reviews, and got someone else without being asked. I have visited this salon several times before. Sometimes service was good other times they were bad. I had to switch technicians one time because she rolled her eyes at me and stared me down when I was asking about the length of my nails. There was another time I brought my mother with me and they were giving her a hard time because she asked to let her feet soak a little bit before starting on her toes. This time will be my last patronizing this place. I came in on Wednesday to get a classic pedicure, everything was fine. By the end of my service the technician got up, walked away, and told me to wait until my toes were dry. I was sitting there for a while and checked my toes, thinking they were dry I left. By time I arrived at home both if my big toes were smudged. I called the salon back and she told me I could come the next day again to get them redone for free or I could come 2 days later and be charged a fee. I came the next day and after my service i waited there for 40 minutes under a fan. The manager came over ti me and told me it was dry and I could go now. The same night one of my toes smudged again. I call back the next day letting her know and she told me " i dont know what to say at this point" and that I would be charged fee to get the toe fixed. If you've been following my reviews on Yelp you'll know that I have been going to my other nail salon for a longgg time now. But this week I tried out this new salon. Pamper Me Nail Spa in Fells Point! My favorite nail technician, Tiffany, recently moved here so I obviously had to follow her. And I am so glad I did! Pamper Me is right on the water in Fells, facing the Pendry Hotel. Parking is a tad annoying because it's always hard to find parking in Fells but don't let this deter you. This salon is very fresh and bright and clean. The massage chairs are brand new and way fancier than some other salons in the area. The staff is all super friendly and nice, and so willing to help you with anything you need. They offered me water and wine right when I sat down. Tiffany and Lucy are both great and I highly recommend requesting them for your nails, but I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of the other techs. If you want to try out a new salon, you should definitely stop by Pamper Me! Also, you can book your appointment online! Which is amazing! read more

Every technician here is excellent and they are very organized and the salon is super clean and comfortable. They have every color you can imagine and every person I've worked with has done any design I've ever requested and done it perfectly. They are also super accommodating with the schedule but they are very popular so an appointment is usually necessary! The prices are fair and I always get in and get out on time, they never keep me waiting around like other places and end up being there for hours and hours.
