I had a very horrible experience as a 1st time customer. I had called this location and asked to…read morebook a Brazilian via phone but was directed to schedule on their online website. I proceeded to do so and received a confirmation email and text. I show up to the appointment and was immediately told I have no appointment in the system and that the waxer only works on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Mind you, I was there for my appointment on a Monday at my scheduled time. The front desk associate then said the threading services are separate from the waxing and that she would have to call her manager to confirm my appointment. She calls him and he asks to speak to me. He is very aggressive and loud in stating that I never had an appointment scheduled and he texted me the confirmation that I manually cancelled it. The picture he texted was for another individual named Ashley Bowers, not my name China D. He did not apologize during the entire call. He just said I will have to come back in another week when the waxer is there. He said he would call me in 10-15 mins after our call to get in contact with the waxer to make special accommodations because of their error. Of course it is now 4 days later and I have yet to receive a call. This business is complete trash, unprofessional and I will NEVER return here.

Although it is a 45 min drive from where I live, I will not go any where else from now on. Crystal took her time and was very precise. What really surprised me was there was hardly any pain. The place is always clean, well ventilated and the process is as comfy as can be. A Brazilian and underarm costs $99 which is decent. There are other places that charge less but don't have as much availability as European Wax Center. They take cash or card for tips. They will try to get you scheduled for the next appointment but this is not a requirement just say no thanks and they back off. Same with the wax passes. Overall good experience and I do recommend.

I've had 'brow techs I've reviewed on how gentle their service was but! Nothing prepared me for Poojah's skills! About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind! She does a meticulous job with my eyebrows and upper lip (better than all the salons I've been to in CA, Maryland, etc). She was quick, gentle, and professional with double piercing my ears. I've bought a few of her earrings/belly button piercings and the quality is nonpareil-- they don't tarnish and stand the test of time. It's always easy to get a hold of her to see if she's available and schedule an appointment. Don't go anywhere else! You don't want to mess up your eyebrows, they take weeks to grow back (speaking from experience lol)
