This business wasn't our first choice, but easily became our preferred leisurely Sunday afternoon bowling alley. Facility is clean, staff is personable and friendly, however, the walls could use a bit of repair and paint touchup. Seating in pit is very limited (5 seats for 2 lanes), but there are high and low top tables available nearby. The snack bar has a variety of menu offerings including appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, etc., with free refills on fountain drinks. Check online for daily/weekly/monthly specials. You can also sign up online for a rewards program. We definitely will be back.

AMF on S. Holden Rd is a great place to spend quality time with family and friends. The atmosphere is just flat out amazing-- employees like Sam, Raquel, and Anthony always welcome you with open arms. Sam really knows how's to keep the energy flowing with music request while keeping it very clean and professional. Raquel and Anthony are like Kobe and Shaq in the bar area serving great drinks and food. All Inconveniences are handle the correct manor. I literally go to AMF so much that the employees recognize me and I go at night while wearing my mask!!!! If I wasn't for the crew at AMF.. I wouldn't have a Hobby/Sport to lean on. Please consider this place as nice getaway from reality Brendan Goodson- (A happy bi-weekly customer)

Fun w coworkers and family of friends.

The downstairs area is the main music hall, with a legit stage, a large bar, and plenty of open room. The second level features a cocktail and whiskey bar, along with a separate lounge style room filled with leather couches and chairs. The third and fourth levels both offer outdoor space, with the third floor having its own bar and the fourth providing additional seating and city views. It's a great mix of spaces for pretty much anyone. The music really stole the show this evening. I arrived early and snapped a few photos before the crowd rolled in. Dear Sister rocked tonight. What an excellent cover band! I'll be seeing them often whenever they roll into town. The only thing holding this from being a 5 star night was the service. It was decent but noticeably slow even before the crowd showed up. Once things got busy, it became very hard to grab a drink or get anyone's attention, which is typical for a packed place but still worth noting. Overall, this is a super fun spot with great music and tons of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. I'll definitely be back for more live shows or to hang out with family and friends on a nice day up on the rooftop areas.

Everything was eye catching and I couldn't stop looking around at everything. We started off with Strawberry Crostini was delicious. It was a pretty light app and every bite was both airy, fluffy, and refreshing. I wish it came with more than 5! The fish and grits are so amazing. The seasoning was perfect. The fish was so crispy. It was impossible not the clear my plate. I recommend getting a side of bacon and adding a bacon crumble to the dish. It was great without the bacon but obviously bacon makes everything so much better. The service was great too. Our server constantly checked up on us and was really nice. Only thing to be mindful of is that they have a very limited assortment of drinks. When we went it was only water, sweet tea (no unsweet tea), and strawberry lemonade.

Disappointing service at Magnolia House…read more I'd been looking forward to dining here with family -- the photos and menu online had me excited. Unfortunately, we never got past being seated. After 20 minutes with no server acknowledgment and no water, we watched a party be seated after us and then served right away. No apology, no explanation. This was not acceptable and we ended up leaving. I wanted to love this experience and support a historic local business, but being overlooked with no acknowledgment was very disappointing, poor customer service. Maybe this was an off day for them or maybe they're just use to their regulars I don't know but based on the experience we had, it is definitely not a recommended spot.

I remember the vibes were pretty welcoming. I have gone once since then but during the day and the vibes were pretty chill and low-key but nothing too crazy. Just a typical experience but also a really good college outing memory. The matcha I had from there wasn't particularly my favorite but they used to keep their espresso machine up at night during the performance, I'm not completely sure if I remember correctly if they sold liquor or alcohol but the drink that I did have from there the first time I went was pretty good. The ambiance is pretty normal for greensboro, I feel like almost every establishment you walk in, there will be cracked floors but I just remember the staff was pretty awesome and as far as pastries, they had a pretty good variety and gluten free options and other food sensitivity options. I believe a few years ago, I recall an episode of "Catfish" where Nev and Max also visited this place so that was pretty interesting to experience that but honestly a pretty decent place.

We've had an amazing time on all occasions. The space is very comfortable inside with a huge bar top and cozy seating throughout. Huge variety of whites, reds, sweet and dessert wines, plus a nice beer selection for those more into the hops. They also have a small menu of bites, apps and charcuterie's to go along with the drinks. Not a full meal, but a perfect pairing for the drinks. The owners are a blast as well. Inviting, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. They have a ton of activities planned weekly and monthly. Live music all the time, special wine flights, and amazing dinner and wine events you can sign up for in advance. A great pit stop while shopping at Friendly, an outing for drinks with friends and family, or enjoy live music and special events throughout the week and month. Something for everyone!
