Really amazing arcade! Tried out Virtual Rabbids The Big Ride a heckton of times and it was the best experience I ever had

Service is terrible, came in and waited at the front counter for 10 minutes with no one in sight and no one to pay for bowling We finally get bowling and I request service on the machine and it calls them for 5 minutes then the icon for calling service disappears off the screen and no one comes to get a drink order or food order or anything So then I give up and go to the bar and try to order and there is one bartender there, she is standing by the food window and looking down, then she walks past me two times, once makes eye contact then stands on the other side of the bar with the bottles in the middle of the bar in between us to avoid eye contact while I'm sitting there try to get a drink, I had my id and card in hand ready and it was very obvious I just wanted a drink Then she walks across the bar and grabs her phone and stands in front of the food window and is on her phone for a good minute or two and then looks up and I wave to her and she finally comes over Every thing here I've had to wait for and no one else was in line or waiting.... I would say it looks neat ! However the front desk is rude! And we had no clue that they required closed toe shoes to do anything here, (including the arcades and mini golf).. would be nice if it said that on the website.. we drove an hour to turn around and go home! read more

This is a cool place to take the kids. It has arcade games, blowing, go carts, and a nice bar. This place isn't too overly priced, but it's in a mall that's not really doing too well. So go here while the mall is still open, because this place can be a lot of fun. read more

Fun place with multiple different things to do. Bar was spacious and food was pretty good compared to typical bowling ally food. Had a holiday party for end of year travel softball 12u team. Girls had a blast! read more

The hubby and I decided to take the grandkids there for some fun. They have an arcade with new generation games and some oldies but goodies (Hello Ms. Pac-Man). There is also a bowling alley, miniature golf, golf course karts, bar and a restaurant. I would have taken some photos, but they don't allow photos. With our grandkids being so young, we did not do the go karts. And we were all wearing flip flops with no socks, so no bowling for us either. We did play a lot of games (yes, if you go, plan on spending lots of cash on Via Cards). There were some for all different ages to enjoy. We also played miniature golf, which was pretty fun. It was glow in the dark which added more fun to it for the kids. The price for the mini golf was $14 a person. There is no discount for children, which surprised me. Overall it was fun. The kids even got some dipping dots ice cream on the way out. One thing I wish they had was hand sanitizer around the area. Maybe that's just me, I'm a germaphobe. So, if you're bored and looking for something to do, check it out. And, be sure to bring lots of money. read more

Great place with lots of things to do. Bowling, laser tag, nice arcade, glow putt-putt, big go-cart track, Axe throwing, and food with a full bar. We went for glow putt-putt. Really cool 80's & 90's themed course. We will be going back! Arcade had a terrific assortment of games for all ages. And lots of prizes for the kiddos who collect tickets/points. We did not get food, but saw some pizzas going out to others. The pizzas looked delicious. We will get food another time and make a day of it. Great place for indoor fun!! read more

This establishment has a decent atmosphere for a casual date or gathering of friends. The food is fair to midland landing somewhere between fast food and your local bar/restaurant. The service was slow, and most of the employees, when not engaged with each other, seemed put out to help customers. They do offer a variety of activities, but their arcade is weak if that's your thing. If you plan on axe throwing, wear closed toed shoes [a requirement not listed on the web site] If you aren't wearing them they will cheerfully direct you to spend money at the shoe store in the mall. Not very crowded at 'dinnertime' on a weekend night, likely because it is located in a mostly empty, fairly run-down mall. The manager was observed working with a patrons concern and was found lacking in the customer service department. They closed over an hour early of their posted times, so if you are thinking of heading here late, you had better call and see if they intend on being open. A three star rating is a stretch, but giving only two stars would be unfair. read more

Probably one of the most happening places in leesburg! The arcade has lots of fun games for big kids and little kids. The restaurant is decent. The service isn't spectacular but what can you really expect from a bowling alley diner. I was impressed that they asked me what temperature I wanted my burger cooked...even more surprised when they served me a perfectly cooked medium burger. Not to mention my bacon was crispy and substantial & the fries were really tasty. The bowling alley had fun black lights for a super chill atmosphere. They didn't have a whole lot of bowling ball options but enough I suppose. I'd never use a ball that someone else's fingers have been shoved in anyway. They had some really good bowling specials depending upon the day of the week and time of day. Rumor has it since this is the old Target that there's more room for expansion and addition of go karts- that will surely make this a 5 Star venue! read more

We are two hours before they close. The sign says wait to be seated. We stand there for awhile and the waitress is just playing on her phone. I go over and ask if we can just sit down. Not at the bar. Only tables. Fried food only. This is one of many times this has happened. I'm tired of it. read more

Can be considered pricy depending on you budget but we'll worth it for the food alone. Sat down for lunch while on vacation. I order our food and a little while later the server told us they were out of cabbage for the fish tacos. Asked for to sub out with lettuce and the cook denied it. Wife picked the other fish meal instead. Food came out and I was surprised at how delicious everything was, all fresh and perfectly cook. Went from a 2 star review to a 5 after the first bite. Came to go bowling. Long wait because lanes kept breaking down. Sat to eat food while we waited. Food took over an hour to get our complete meal. Our party was served at different times. We wound up leaving and going to Tavares to bowl. The young lady taking care of us was very busy serving in the bar area and the bowling area. Do not recommend this place for anything. read more

Took our teens there on a Monday holiday. Go Kart section with VR was closed. The bowling alley is one of the nicest I've ever seen. AND the reason we would return, prices are perfect, it's clean, new, hi-tech, monitored and structured - all the things we like and the smartest way to keep your stuff in good working order. The Game Room - Not so much, 1/3 of the games were broken or not working properly. The popular games are Ridiculous in price, and set up to wipe your card out quite quickly, i.e. Halo - $3.00. They have SEVERELY dumbed down the amount of tickets you get for the arcade style games that younger kids flock to because it's all about the prize counter, especially the little kid games. If your child is primarily focused on tickets and not a "gamer" per se, drive the extra miles and take them to Dave & Busters or Andretti's on I drive, don't waste your money here, because you will pay out the NOSE for anything in that Dollar tree prize counter. If you have teens that are more interested in karts, VR, Bowling and are happy to play a couple games with a $20 card, with no expectations, this place will do. If your kids are wanting to go here because they think it's like the places stated above, they're going to leave with a permanent negative childhood memory and hard lesson about the greed of corporations that target kids and parents pressured to please. read more

My Mom picked this place so it wouldn't be another 'boring' Mother's Day. WE ALL HAD SO MUCH FUN! We started off in the arcade and we found the selection of games to be fine. After about an hour we took a break and went into the bar area. The bartender was a sour-puss but I am not going to give a bad rating just because of her lack of good customer service. We sat at a table and had Shelli as our waitress. SHE WAS AWESOME. Great attitude and wanted to make sure we had a nice experience. Moms received a free mimosa and we split an appetizer platter. Wings were really yummy! Headed back out into the arcade to finish off our credit and then we were on to the GO-KARTS!!!! Holy hell these were so much fun!!! First the big guy at the registration desk WAS AMAZING! Really wish we knew his name! Second, we headed into the video room with the best 'flag' girl. She did the flags in the video and she also set us up in our karts. She also had a smile to give and cared whether we had a good time. The Karts were so fast and so fun!!! Highly recommend, not kiddie go-karts though! When we were done with our race we received a printed sheet with our race times back at the registration desk. I asked the nice big guy if he would tell the other drivers that I kicked their asses and he had a nice chuckle with us. So have to say we really enjoyed ourselves. As a store manager in retail I deliver great customer service and expect that in return when I am enjoying a day out. Cool idea at an otherwise dead mall. However, the arcade sucks. It's all kiddie gambling games, there aren't many real arcade games. Plus the games are extremely overpriced and clearly designed to just take your money. Almost every "game" in there costs at least $1 to play, air hockey costs $1.25, really??? read more

The bowling experience was awful. The manager had left the building to go to the bank and no one else could rent us the lane. The staff just complained about their problems. When the manager did return she wasn't very accommodating. When we finally got to the lanes, the scoring wasn't accurate and when we reported it, the manager rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to tell us about their mechanical issues. We paid over 41 dollars to bowl and it was terrible all around from the mechanics of the alley not functioning to the rude and unhelpful customer service. The person at the redemption center was unpleasant during what should have been a fun experience for kids cashing in 60 bucks worth of tokens. The only positive was that the restaurant service was good. read more

Wouldn't even give this place one star if it was an option. I was charged 50 cent for water and I need water with the condition I have. I was given mostly ice. As my boyfriend is trying to catch the attention of the workers to get me more water they're ignoring him until he tells them his girlfriend is getting ready to pass out. As I overheat and lose my vision the manager Brittany acts as though she's a security guard and guards the exits telling me she has to call the ambulance and I can't leave until they get there. Which by the way is against the law. The ambulance gets there and tells them I'm fine I just needed water and they aren't allowed to hold someone against their will. And on top of that she takes the water I actually need. And had an attitude with me the entire time I'm overheating. The other manager saw nothing wrong with what she's done. The place isn't that great anyway so it's no love lost. But if you have any medical condition it's not a place to go they do not know how to treat anyone with a medical condition. They seem very discriminatory. I hope the owner sees this review and does something about the snobby service of their managers and employees. read more

I stopped in to VIA Entertainment with boyfriend and son for lunch this past Sunday. I was extremely disappointed with the food and the service we received. The place wasn't crowded, but we still waited over an hour to get our food. 45 minutes after putting our order in, the waitress came over to let us know they ran out of apple slices. We waited an additional 20 minutes before we received our meal. For $7 the kids meal was very small and sad looking. I had ordered nachos which basically tasted like soggy chips with a can of cheap chili thrown over the top. The cheese was cold and looked and tasted as if it was microwaved onto the chips. My boyfriend's burger wasn't worth $14 either. By the time the food came both his and my son's fries were cold and soggy. The waitress took 15 minutes to bring water over and forgot to bring me a straw twice after I asked her for one. She barely checked in on us despite the place being pretty empty and the amount of time we were there. The manager was the one who brought our food to the table. No one offered us a discount despite my food being barely touched. For the same price you can go to Dave and Busters and get much better food with better games, or the 99 located in the mall. Honestly the food court could top this place. Save your money! read more

People in there working were unprofessional and didn't care about their customers, too busy talking to each other working there. Plus food wasn't good, awful place to go. I'd advise not going. Overall experience 1/10. Will never go back. read more
