Service is terrible, came in and waited at the front counter for 10 minutes with no one in sight…read moreand no one to pay for bowling We finally get bowling and I request service on the machine and it calls them for 5 minutes then the icon for calling service disappears off the screen and no one comes to get a drink order or food order or anything So then I give up and go to the bar and try to order and there is one bartender there, she is standing by the food window and looking down, then she walks past me two times, once makes eye contact then stands on the other side of the bar with the bottles in the middle of the bar in between us to avoid eye contact while I'm sitting there try to get a drink, I had my id and card in hand ready and it was very obvious I just wanted a drink Then she walks across the bar and grabs her phone and stands in front of the food window and is on her phone for a good minute or two and then looks up and I wave to her and she finally comes over Every thing here I've had to wait for and no one else was in line or waiting.... Staff stated each person must sign the Family Fun Town liability form electronically. Without it, they can't even remain on the property. We responded "surely my mom and stepdad could sign a paper consent form as they don't want their names and address being used on the internet. We then asked, may we speak to the manager? We again explained all we had discussed. She replied, "we don't have or allow paper consent forms." Followed by "It is what it is". At this point our 5 year old grandson was informed that we must all leave because his two great grandparents do not use the internet and have no email addresses. My concern is that Orange City Florida likely has many individuals whom are not internet trusting or savvy. I found this to be an easily resolvable issue, with unyielding management.

I gave each kid $50 per card and that lasted about 20-30 min of play time. The prizes are also very lofty in the amount of tickets required to get them. I'd say an item you could buy on Amazon for about 10$ will cost about 50$ in tickets. The staff was a young local crowd, what you would expect considering the area. My son had left his wallet at one of the game stands and no one was able to help him find it. We never got a call from any of the staff regarding anyone finding anything. We also opted to do an escape room which was 4x the price it shouldv'e been considering the room and the puzzle and lack of direction. 10 min for 50$ for a family of 4 and no clues or guidance was definitely not worth it. We didnt even get past the first step because even though we had the right idea and lock code, the lock didnt open.... If someone had been listening or watching I think they shouldve assisted since we had it correct. I stead we just stood around for the remaining 8 minutes... poof, there goes another 50$. I think this place would be more profitable if they lowered the prices and had special marketing days. Overall the staff was helpful and down to earth. Despite the expense we had a decent time.

I had to call to see if they were still in business as I tried to sign up for their email blasts and it wasn't working. Also their instagram account really hasn't been updated in awhile. They do offer discounts if you work at Disney or Universal, etc., they have some snacks as well as the Chinese food next-door to eat as well.
