I recently visited the bowling alley with my significant other . The place was very clean and the staff was very welcoming . A family friendly atmosphere. I did have one concern , we ordered food and I witnessed the guy named Daniel or Danny ( sorry if I messed it up) he had a ponytail , making food with no gloves . This really concerned me especially it being close to flu season and just all other germs . His nails were dirty when he brought the food to the table and it really disturbed me . I hope this issue will be resolved so we can continue to return ! read more

Came here for a bowling event with my job. My company had bought out the whole bowling alley for our company for a few hours. Upon entering, to your left is the counter. Coming on in and to your right is where the majority of the items were located. The restroom and food was that way. The bathrooms were not very clean. Which is a lil puzzling because it seemed to have been closed prior to us coming in, but whatever. I didn't bowl this time around. read more

It's okay, but there are better bowling alleys. There's no outside food or drinks allowed which would be understandable if they would staff their bar/grill. However, they rarely have more than 1-2 staff members available. The bathrooms are usually dirty, only two out of three of the sinks in the women's bathroom works, with just one paper towel dispenser working. Lately the lanes have been malfunctioning and we've been moved multiple times. Randy in the Pro Shop is knowledgeable so that is a perk, but the bowling alley itself is overpriced, understaffed, and outdated. If you're handicapped, there are two poorly marked handicap parking spaces tucked on the side of the building, in the dark, on the wrong end of the ramp, at an entrance with a double door that is hard to hold open. And again, a trash can that often creates an obstacle for the entrance. Overall, if you have any ADA needs, you're better off going somewhere else. If you're looking for good food at reasonable prices, you're better off going somewhere else. If you're looking for prompt and reliable service, you're better off going somewhere else. If you just want to bowl, and don't care about food, drinks, service, bathrooms, or accessibility, then this place is fine when the lanes work. read more

Seems like a good place to bowl. You can bowl some good scores here. Seating is good and spaced out. The concession stand has a good selection of food. Free refills on soda and tea, which is a huge plus! The one thing I disagree with is that they don't give change back. The cashiers say they have no coin change and that change will have to be gotten at the front desk. I believe they do this to ensure tips for the cashier. Apparently it works though, because no one seems to go through the trouble to get their change. Overall though, I would recommend this location for bowling. read more

I visited this bowling alley for a company/department outing. My company rented out 10 lanes for around 2 1/2 hours. When we arrived our shoe size had already been pulled and placed at the lane that we were bowling in. While the bowling alley itself is very dated it was actually pretty clean and organized. It was easy to find the right weight of ball for me as the balls were put all together based on size. There were a few problems with the lanes and the computers not registering a throw but each time we had any issues the staff was more than willing to take care of it for us. Many of my coworkers commented on the experience they had and we will definitely keep this bowling alley in mind for future events. read more

Customer service here was horrible. I have been three times and each time it has always been the same. The employees have no customer service training. They act like whatever you are complaining about is irrellevant. The black lady back there with the dreads that cooks the food ALWAYS has a nasty horrible attitude. She doesn't even need to work around people ever! She was rude, facial expressions, constantly walking away when you are trying to ask her questions. They are understaffed at the wrong times. The lane I was on constantly kept having problems. The lane would let a bowler bowl 3 or 4 times before it reset. Most of the time it did not reset on its own and we had to do it manually. I do not recommend this bowling alley to anyone. They need new staff and enough staff to actually run the establishment! read more

This place could use A LOT of work. The lanes are a bit battered and the bowling balls are chipped and look really dirty. We decided to play pool anyhow. It's coin operated so it worked out well I guess... The floor of the pool table room was wet and sticky, very dirty but we shrugged it off just to play two games. The pool tables aren't the worst but not he best either. They don't have chalk to top your pool stick off so it was frustrating playing on a sticky floor and slippery points. The beer is standard, nothing great. The staff was friendly though but this place could definitely use some roof help fixing leaks, replacing flooring, and a good clean. read more

Anticipated a good time at this bowling alley...... boy was I wrong. Bowling lane hardware and software was very outdated. Didn't register half the turns in the game. Multiple times we had to throw extra balls down the lane because the hardware didn't register a turn. Not only that but the food service was trash. Charged me for 2 salted pretzels they didn't even have???? So they offer me replacement for one item claiming they had one pretzel left. Turns out they didn't have any pretzels at all. Took until the end of our total session right before we were about to leave to get one order of loaded fries and my money back for the 2nd pretzel. Came to find out there was a 5 inch hair baked into our French fries. Never going back, bowling quality was terrible and food would have been better served out of my ass. I rarely use Yelp, usually only when something really bends me out of shape. This was one of those experiences. Customer service is everything in this type of business and you guys did not cut it at all. Very disappointed. read more

Pros: Clean, cheap Cons: Non-friendly staff. Table set-up is awkward. When we walked in the woman behind the counter didn't say anything except "hello" the entire time. They were reluctant to take our coupon and made a big deal about us paying separately. There was also a highly intoxicated woman bowling a few lanes down (not that this is their fault) - but they kept serving her beer. When we PAID to put songs on the jukebox the staff seemed unamused with our choice in music and proceeded to simply change the songs. My boyfriend and I visited this establishment on a late Friday night. We got there almost around 12am and they close at 1am. Wished they stayed open later. We had lane 21, hopefully we don't get that one again because it had a few issues where when it was picking up the pins it would just stop and not put the pins back. Overall we had a good time, but I gave it three stars because the male bartender that was there was very rude and short with us. He had a bit of an attitude when we were inquiring about drinks and purchasing them. We were asking just general questions because he didn't have the beer we wanted and we were gonna try a different one and he acted as though we were getting on his nerves but we let it go cause we came to have fun. Maybe he had a bad day or something, but I hope next time they have a nicer bartender like the lady that helped us first or he has a better attitude! read more

Again my team was bowling and before we even got our equipment OFF of the ball return, the front counter gave away our lanes AGAIN! Not only did they do this for a second time the team next to us was graced with more open bowlers next to them before they were finished with the last game. I took pictures to show to you all that there were open lanes that they could have easily put the open bowlers on and not bothered a league bowler. I am sick and tired of this situation and for the last time STOP putting open bowlers next to league bowlers and for the love of God STOP GIVING AWAY THE LANES BEFORE WE HAVE OUR EQUIPMENT OFF OF THE BALL RETURN!!! This is a fair warning to all of you who bowl in the Columbia area. DO NOT bowl league here unless you enjoy open bowlers next to you and you don't mind being hurried when you finish your set. read more

This bowling alley was the worst. The balls were chipped, lanes broken, they didn't have all shoe sizes and to top it off the tables were not cleaned off after people left and the bathroom had dirty paper towels on the counter. There are more complaints, but I think I said enough for you to get the point. Now granted, unless you're in a major city at a Lucky Strike or one that has been remodeled recently, many bowling allies look like something from the 60's; however if it's going to be anything like my experience at this one, they need to charge 1960's prices. The cost to bowl two games, rent shoes (that we had to get a size up or down), and buy two 9 oz alcoholic beverages (that wasn't good) was WAY TOO MUCH!!! The bar ran out of ginger ale and the bartender unknowingly made our drinks with seltzer. I noticed it when I thought the drink was made too strong and asked for a separate cup of ginger ale. The one star is for the bartender. Even though she wasn't a good bartender, she was nice and sympathetic when she messed up. read more

I'd actually give this 3.5 stars. We were here for the Pepsi Youth Bowling tournament and when we first arrived, the parking lot looked a little shady. The outside is run down, the parking lot needs paving and the neighborhood looked a little sketchy. When we went inside, it was a whole different story. The inside looks like it has been recently remodeled and it was really nice and modern inside. The lanes are open and it is nice that there is not a wall separating the bowlers from the spectators like in older bowling alleys. The lanes were oiled before the tournament and even though one of the lanes we were using kept hanging up and scoring incorrectly, they were quick to come and correct the problem. The staff were all nice and made getting into and bowling the tournament easy on our kids and pleasant for the adults. Here is why I'm not giving it a 5 though: The bathrooms were obviously not included in the remodel. They were old (1960s) and could have been cleaner. The parking lot and outside of the building also needed some updating and cleaning up. I don't know if they raised their concession prices for the tournament or not but a large drink and a medium drink were $8 which is very pricey to me, but they did have free refills. Way more than our local bowling alley in Myrtle Beach. Overall this was a nice bowling alley and I would come back here to bowl and for another tournament. read more
