What a big parking lot with plenty of space. This place gives off pro league vibes and has something for everyone. Thursdays are for the bowling champs they have small, and big balls. Our server Jayden was amazing, and attentive checked on us many times throughout the night. I would come back here for sure. The drinks are good and the garlic fries hit a bit oily tho. Overall bring the family for bowling, food and arcade games and stay for the atmosphere and friendly staff

This place is very nice, spacious but it is expensive and they have covid fee charge add-ons. The front desk guy is not always staying at the front desk when customers come in to check in or check out. There is no way to find him. We had to stand there for 5 minutes at the checkin desk because no one was there. When checking out, we were standing there waiting for him also. I notice that there were customers coming and still waiting as the same time as us looking for a front desk person. Customer service is very bad here even though the place look nice, spacious and clean.

I went here today for a family outing, and we enjoyed ourselves. They have something like $2 lanes on Sundays. There is an option to Duckpin or Tenpin bowl. The employees were nice to me. I didn't experience any rudeness. Our lane worked perfectly fine and was easy to use. There were a variety of bowling balls, and the lanes were clean and in fairly good shape. Other areas inside were clean and orderly from what I could tell. I don't recall any music playing, but I think that could've enhanced the atmosphere some. Maybe they just don't play music on Sunday afternoons. I don't know. I can't speak on the food. We didn't try any food because we weren't hungry, but menus were placed on every table. I took a look. There were regular finger food items like chicken tenders and fries. Still, I don't have any complaints. I'll bring my business back.

So-so, average lanes. Nothing to complain about but nothing to boast about. Average prices. Good for groups, kids, parties. Big plus is the pro shop. Not too many lanes have a pro shop with honest, professionals working there. The pro shop I would give 5 stars. The guy in the shop knew his stuff, asked detailed questions. He sent us to another one of the pro-shops in Woodlawn (details to be posted soon). Of which my husband ended up purchasing a ball.

Not sure what size I would categorize this as but these are the drink sizes

The manager enlightened us that a lot of the staff called out and he was the cashier and bartender which he gave great service. The server was very attentive he ordered and bought our food out in a timely manner. The buffalo wings were good and flavorful, the fries were made to perfection! Chicken quesadillas not so much , but they could've been. They only had chicken and cheese, however it was loaded with chicken. Had potential if there was peppers or at least pico de Gallo. They did had a salsa on the side but it was more of a marinara. We had unlimited bowl until close and two arcade cards. I loved the arcade section as well. Many games to choose from to compete with your friends or family. I also didn't like the metal detector however I understand with these day in times. Better safe than sorry!

I came on a Saturday afternoon, and although several parties was going on, it wasn't too crowded and we had two lanes at the end to ourselves. Ordering food is easy, you do it through a QR code. We didn't have to wait long, and we got pizzas and drinks which tasted good!. They are very child/family friendly with the dinosaur bowling assist and you can have parties here. There is a games/arcade section as well. Parking is free, you won't run into any troubles with that. I paid $15.64 to rent shoes and play one game so they are very reasonable! I would recommend and I would go back.

Food is served and hours can pass if there is no other plans to be had on any day. For celebrations, fill in time, or just because, Round1 is entertainment. I have been to this location a few times now and my recent visit was a bit better from the last. While most machines were operational, with a few claw ones in need of replenishment, I don't know if such as the ratio of staff to cover per customer is a factor in these establishments. When one person is covering the food bar and the main register, issues are inevitable. While not everyone may require an attendant for assistance, I can understand how frustrating it can be to wait for help to retrieve a prize in a claw machine, when the same person is manning the register, and pulling pizzas and wings in the kitchen. This place is suppose to serve Japanese snacks, however only one or two options based on the menu board were offered last visit beyond the burgers, pizza, fries, and wings. No ramen. Staffing remains to be a challenge. I was impressed to see the man cleaning tables is always spot on and very quick. Access here is also weird, the direct main entrance from the mall is blocked each time I've visited. Alternative way to get in/out is past the restaurants and down the escalator (Fairmount Ave and Towson Gate Drive entrance side). It would be an absolute cluster if there was an emergency in this place, blocking a major entrance during operational hours is concerning regardless of the day.

Both birthday parties we attended came with shoe rentals, two hour bowling, a table setup and pizza. What's good? The bowling. My kids enjoyed their time learning how to bowl. The lanes held up well, no issues with ball returns or pin setup while they bowled. Bumpers were setup and taken down quickly if needed. The workers. They were attentive to the parties and very helpful. The fries. During the second party visit my kids were hungry before the pizza was served. We got a large fry. I thought the fries were pretty good. What's meh? The pizza crust. I'm a total crust guy and the crust they use isn't great. Mad props that they make their own pizzas (or at least put the cheese and pepperoni on themselves. The fry cooking time. They took a while from when they were ordered to when they were done. They were served hot but the wait seemed longer than it should. Can't imagine what it is like if a bunch of people are ordering food.

The bathrooms do need a bit monitoring but again alot cleaner than other arcades we have been too! The food was great and we recently purchased the 4th of July play all day for the 3rd where they have the food eating contest, bbq buffet, live dJ and unlimited play! All for just $25/person. It was fun I was just bummed you couldn't earn tickets! Of course like all unlimited plays you cant play the purple games. The bbq chicken was oven made and delicious! Like made at home and not dry. The mac m cheese and baked beans were delicious too! I was actually impressed! They had whipped butter for the dinner rolls and potato salad and colesaw as well. Then the drinks of water, sprite and coke to choose from. The kids had a blast! I appreciate how only a handful of games were out of service but when we went back they were fixed! Only one or two were still out of service so they were on it! The first time we went I ordered the salmon and shrimp and was very surprised that the salmon was not over cooked! The cajun pasta was flavorful and used my favorite noodles, rigatoni!! I was so surprised haha because post people use alfredo noodles or penne. Everyone enjoyed the nachos and the white queso! Mozzarella sticks had an insaaannee cheese pull! I got two feet out of one before it broke, haha! Kudos to the chef! These differences is what makes people want to come back!

We stuck to the two-player games so we could battle it out: Ghostbusters, Sonic Olympics, Skee-Ball, Connect 4, and more. It wasn't busy at all for a Friday evening, which made it even better -- no long waits, just straight fun. The cons? Getting into the location is confusing -- you have to go through the mall and up to the second floor. Also, the app was a little glitchy. It links credits to Apple Wallet, but a few times the games would say we paid, then suddenly act like we hadn't, which meant one of us got stuck watching instead of playing.
