They invited me to have fresh coffee with cold Milk, some packaged snacks, and a sparkling clean bathroom. I said I wouldn't be getting other work since didn't seem necessary at time. When I picked up car was charged over $600. The manager kept giving all sorts of excuses and Helen was nowhere to be found. He said he didn't have to honor price because I didn't have printed price and he couldn't find any paperwork stating $199. Having my car hostage I payed figuring I could settle with Helen later . All of a sudden he found the papers but wouldn't reimburse me and whenever I called Helen wasn't available. I report them to BBB, they ignored them. Insult to injury I was told the work wasn't necessary.
