I was stranded due to my new vehicle misfiring needing a tune up while I was on a small getaway 6hrs from home. It was a Sunday and many places were closed and no shops open. Thankfully I found a shop who could store my vehicle... all I had to do was find a tow. My insurance failed me, and even booked with a 3rd party tow company who I paid just to wait almost 1 1/2hr with no show. Cupertino was the chosen tow company who the 3rd party hired but decided to never send my payment to them (I will be leaving a review for them shortly on how disappointed I was) I only had a few hours to make it to the shop before they closed... it was an urgent matter! Thankfully, I just asked Cupertino if I can just pay them directly... they said yes with no hesitation and with a 20 min wait time... Oscar shows up with our tow! Oscar's customer service was hands down a gentleman and he knew his stuff! He was able to get us to our final destination and was so positive minded that I felt hey, we're taken care of now and can finally breathe.
