We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

The company initially gave my insurance and arrival. ETA of 70 minutes only to directly communicate to me ( without updating my insurance) 30 minutes later that the driver would be at least another 60 minutes. And when I call the dispatcher to see if this was accurate and what was going on, she was very rude and abrupt as if the company was actually doing me a favor. Well aware that I was in an unsafe location, and that she had no driver on the way, as well as being aware I had already waited nearly an hour at this point she was more than willing to cancel my request to shut me up. And desperation, I told her I would wait the additional hour for the driver. (after 1 1/2 hours) Ramzi called my cell phone to share he has just been dispatched and had a 40 minute ETA. he was shocked to learn how long I had actually already been waiting. If it had not been for his kind personality, friendliness, and honesty, I would've canceled the company and waited for anybody except for them. But I really appreciate it his compassion and empathy from the first realizing told me the way would be. unless they are a free service, I would say they are not worth the value.
