The AAA relay was slow due to a number of factors including a dark, frigid night and spotty cell connection, but Omarudin responded quickly once Metro Towing got my call. My car broke down shortly after a beautiful day shopping in Dublin. I called my insurance and they suggested Metro towing. I left a five star review for a previous experience but had a completely difference experience this time around. I drove over a curb in my F-150 which caused the tire to pop at approximately 6:45pm on 9/15/25. I alerted Geico to the accident and was texted back that a tow truck would be available at 7:57PM. At 7:50 PM after not hearing from the driver I called the dispatch number. After be put on hold I was informed the two truck would be at my site in 20 minutes. Within minutes of that call I received another text indicating driver would arrive by 8:50PM. At 8;35PM the tow truck driver arrived and started to remove the popped tire and asked me where the spare was. I told him under the truck and indicated where he could lower the tire. This information befuddled the driver. He proceeded to make several phone calls and at 9:10 I was informed there was no way for him to lower the spare tire. I called dispatch again and was told this was due to me not providing the correct device. I proceeded to have the tow truck driver take my car to American Tire. read more

This is the second time my vehicle insurance sent this towing company to assist me and believe it or not, METRO TOWING does not disappoint. I was thinking of what kind of flowers to get my wife and where to bring her for Valentine's day after work, then I stupidly locked myself out after my lunch hour of my car by locking the car first then place my key on the dashboard before closing the door (Smart, right?). Anyways, the estimation time was supposedly 30 minutes, before the driver (NASEER) gets to my work place. NASEER came 15 minutes earlier than expected, he called me up to double check the make and model of the car so he can retrieve the key from inside my vehicle. Do not trust this tow truck company. I am beyond upset with this them trying to take advantage of my son. I requested road side assistance through my insurance carrier because my son ran out of gas. I explained to my son that our insurance company covers the delivery of the fuel but he would need to pay for just the fuel. Wes, identified himself as the manager, called my son and said it was going to be $20 for 2 gallons. I don't care about the $20 probably going to tip him that anyway but he said it was going to be $20 for 2 gallons or he's not coming. After arguing with him we agreed. Then he calls and says whoops it's going to be longer than what I told you insinuating because of our earlier discussion. Then the driver arrives, very polite man stuck in the middle, says it's going to be $20 and only brought one gallon. Since I am responsible for only the price of the fuel had to argue with Wes again. He talked to his driver for about 10 minutes then his driver came and gave me the fuel. Trying to take advantage of a teenager who made a mistake is not cool. Got a flat tire on my Tesla model X yesterday. There was nowhere to pull over and by the time I got to the nearest exit, the tire was shredded.
