He is the ultimate professional, kind, caring, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and above all he puts his patients first. We weren't happy with that practice for many reasons, and Altman Dental was recommended to us by many families that we are friends with. He sees me and my husband and even my 9 year old! He LOVES Dr. Altman ( even more than his Pediatrician which says a lot!). I just came here to say that I always have a great experience with the front desk ladies, while I'm in the chair Dr. Altman is conversational and is humorous and informative and explains what's happening as he's doing it. Today the first step of my implant has started and I needed this tooth pulled. It was a great experience! I don't doubt that he will check on me later. She also is very friendly and sociable. She puts me at ease. Her team is amazing. Each one as nice as the last. Each is very soothing and calm. I have had some work done and much more to go. Hope was the assistant that has worked with Dr. Sweeney the last few times I have been there and she is amazing. Everyone is very gentle. I have never felt more than a little discomfort. I used to fear going to the dentist. I can say that now that I go there I don't worry at all. One other thing, after we worked out a treatment plan Dr. Sweeney was very willing to review my plan with another dentist who is from out of town. The conferred on the right plan for me. I schedule appointments at the earliest possible available time so that I can get to work. I had an 8am appt today, and was in the waiting room at 7:55. I walked out of the waiting room at 8:20. There were no other patients, and staff was present. If you cannot respect my time, you will not continue to get my business. I know that this is not an unfortunate series of events for just me, as my wife has had similar experiences with multiple appointments in a row being cancelled or rescheduled due to poor staffing levels/scheduling on their behalf. While we have had zero issue with Dr Blakely, the operational management of this practice is severely lacking.
