I just recently had an emergency, my filling fell out Sunday night, I called as soon as they opened on Monday morning, and was able to be seen right away. I had an excellent experience here having two teeth prepped for crowns. Although the process took a while, there was never any pain at all. I worked with Miranda and Emily and Dr. Judi. Miranda was gentle and cheerful and explained everything that was happening and going to happen. Emily provided expert advice with humor. Dr. Judi has a mother's touch - capable yet oh-so-gentle. Best dentistry ever!! I started coming here in 2009 and have never had a bad experience. It has since switched ownership and it is STILL the BEST! I unfortunately had a change in insurance and had to go somewhere else but my son is still here and he loves it! Everyone is always upbeat and friendly. They do an excellent job cleaning the teeth and making recommendations on how to make your teeth healthier. The waiting room is very nice and offers complimentary drinks (water, juice, coffee, etc.). In all of the years coming here, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to head back to a chair. Usually, there is no wait at all! Each chair has its own TV with cable channels. The kids get to pick from a prize box when they're done. Every patient gets a bag with floss, a new tooth brush, etc. when the appointment is over. Love love love this place! read more

If you tell them in advance that you are pressed for time, they will make sure they get you in and out on time. That is incredibly important to me. The dental hygienist is quite thorough and explains everything she does. I like that. And Dr. Roberts makes sure to come by and meet with every patient. She also takes time to answer every question. I'm always blown away by how such a high-tech and busy dentist's office can be so personable and friendly while also being so professional. My hygienist, Nicole, is absolutely wonderful. On a professional level, she is an absolutely fantastic and skilled hygienist. She takes her time while she works on your teeth and is incredibly detailed. I always walk out feeling like I have a new set of sparkly teeth that look and feel great. On a personal level, she is extremely personable, thoughtful, and kind. She remembers things that I've told her from my last visit, both concerning my teeth and my stories of what's going on in my life. Right before the bar exam, I received a lovely card from her wishing me good luck on the exam. It was such a thoughtful and kind thing to do. She's a fantastic representation of the entire establishment -- every patient is a valued patient and not simply a pair of teeth they have to see every 6 months. You are greeted by a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door, given a detailed cleaning, and a discussion on what you can do to maintain/better the health of your teeth and gums. Positive experience. For anyone who doesn't like / trust most dentist offices this is an amazing place to look for oral care. They also offer so much more than your average dentist and especially offered a lot of great advice, took their time and were patient, the woman taking care of me held a friendly conversation so long I forgot I was at the dentist and I think she forgot she still had to clean my teeth! This is a good thing! The atmosphere there is friendly and peaceful. Also they are gentle but efficient, I was there for 1 efficient hour and never felt so great walking away from a dentist's office. I came to this office a while back for a cleaning. The office is updated and beautiful. They have the best technology (the x-ray machine you stand in versus having to bite down on those damn cardboard pieces), including TVs with each chair. Dr. Pavel was really nice and did a great job along with his hygienist. I'd recommend this office for certain. I love new technology and nice professional health care providers. This office has changed ownership. The previous two dentists (Pavel and Alex?)moved to Atlanta and it is now owned by a Roberts, DDS. First of all, I switched my dentists because my previous, amazing, and elderly dentist had retired. I am currently using Medicaid and this office was on the list of available dentists. I had an excellent experience here. This staff are very attentive, friendly, and professional. The office is pleasant and up-to-date. My dental hygienist, Lori, was excellent. She was friendly, warm and most importantly, great at her job. I appreciated that she physically showed my how to brush and floss more effectively. She was very thorough with her work- which honestly was my motivation to write this review. Also- The most important trait I look for in a dentist is that they practice conservatively. Dr. Roberts exemplified this ideal as she did not want to do any unnecessary work for the patient's sake. I had a spot that she said she would "watch" and re-evaluate after I came back in 6 months. Extra work costs more, needs to be fixed every few years, and could possibly alter the integrity of your teeth so I really appreciate a conservative dentist. read more
