I was very well carried for. The dental hygienist and the dentist made me most comfortable and at ease.

I do not recommend dr BOB'S if you have dentures. terrible teeth placement. Also if you don't see the dentist often they drop you as a patient and then they consider you a new patient and will not take you even though you got your teeth from them. They said they are not taking new patients. So then if you go see another dentist they charge you for them to fix them. Never will I go there again. I am sure they could careles. read more

I love Lynn.... Have been going to her for years....girls at front desk are superb.... I have known one of the girls for years since I went to Dr Frank Koren. Always calls me by name etc. Dentists..... shaky on that. Several years ago I had a dental implant in a front lower tooth and Dr. Donahue kind of freaked out because he couldn't get the temporary post in my front gum. Had to call in Dr. Bob and he couldn't do it either. They told me I had to go back to implant guy on Walden I was dealing with. I was not happy. But I love Lynn and office girls. Lynn is dedicated, efficient and knowledgeable.....but I was very disappointed with the service I received regarding my implant several years ago from Dr Donahue and Dr Bob...... check my records. My dentist, Dr. Steve is very professional and a great dentist. You can tell he cares and wants the best for his patients. I have Liberty Dental. They chose this place as my provider (I didn't). Three weeks ago (second week of February) I called to make an appointment for an infected molar as a new patient. The woman who answered told me I had to wait until the first Monday of the new month for a new patient appointment: first come, first served. So, with intense pain for three weeks, I finally reach someone on Monday, March 3. The woman gets testy when telling me the first appointment is for X-rays and a checkup. I tell her I have a molar that needs treatment. She says I'll have to come back at a later time. Ok. She tells me the only appointment she has is at 9am next week. I can't leave work, so I tell her I need an appointment after 3pm. Apparently that is a problem. They cannot accommodate an appointment that suits my needs (my words, not hers). It's not my fault I have this crappy insurance, and it's not my fault I can't take unpaid time off to come in when it's convenient for you. What has this world come to that simple medical care has become such a major problem? So now I've been dealing with this intense molar pain for a couple months (it took me a month to get up the courage to get it taken care of), and I wasted weeks waiting for a place unwilling to accommodate me. Now I have to call all over to find a different dentist. To the receptionist who took my call: be a bit nicer, okay? I didn't deserve your tone. And to the dentist office: accept new patients at all times of day, not just first thing in the morning. Some of us have jobs. read more

Dr Bob's is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. The Dentist and the staff were all polite and courteous. I ended up at Dr Bob's because I went to Aspire dental and they pulled teeth did not stitch up the whole. They told me just to change the gauze every 20 minutes. Well I did that and it still wouldn't stop bleeding. I ended up falling asleep I believe from all the Novocain and thank god my wife came to check on me because I was barely breathing and gurgling on my own blood. I could of died. Also Aspire dental left a big chunk of tooth in my mouth and when I called to be seen because it was killing me. They said they had no openings until next week. This was a Thursday morning I called, they also said go to a hospital or a urgent care. I called Dr Bob's Thursday afternoon and they made an appointment for the next day Friday and fixed the mess Aspire made. The will DEFINITELY be my dentist. Very disappointed in the way were treated. My child had a bad infection in her tooth a few days after a procedure and we were told we couldn't be seen for an emergency appointment until we payed the full balance from the last appointment even though the claim had not been processed by insurance. This resulted in an overpayment of almost $300 and we needed to call multiple times and wait 6 weeks for a refund. Also unhappy that what started as a cavity in a baby tooth resulted in her tooth needing to be pulled. Would not recommen! read more

Awful experience. My mother booked me an appointment for a consultation for wisdom teeth extraction, as she's been a patient of the practice long before Dr. Bob took over. She called and spoke to a sweet, new receptionist, Mary, who booked an appt. for me a few days later. On said day, I arrived 5 minutes early to my 8am appt, with my insurance card in tow. Mary was delightful, but she needed assistance with my insurance information. No problem...enter the Office Manager, Ashley. Immediately, Ashley seemed to catch an attitude just looking at me. After 10+ minutes of countless questions over the insurance information, she reached over Mary and hastily handed me a clipboard of paperwork and said (and, I quote) "Your mother said this would be an easy appointment, and it's not. You haven't even filled out the new patient paperwork. It's already 8:07am so we'll have to push you back to 9:30am and see if we can fit you in then. You should have came in earlier. You're welcome to wait or you don't have to. Your mother has been a patient for a long time, so we did you a favor having you come in. We're not even accepting new patients." She then proceeded to berate my mother, falsely claimed she spoke with her on the phone (she hadn't, she just spoke to Mary), and continuously repeated she was doing me a favor by "fitting me in." After a bit of back and forth (including her coming around the front desk, through the door of the office waiting room and continuing to argue with me, after I had already ended the interaction), I opted to leave. The level of professionalism was atrocious. Dr. Bob and Associates - for more details, please speak to your HR team. The two women my mother spoke to about this experience were lovely and very apologetic on Ashley's behalf. To Mary, I truly hope you continue on and quickly take over as the Office Manager. Dr. Bob's dental care is absolutely wonderful. I called for a cleaning and checkup, and even as a new patient they scheduled me quickly. The dental hygienist was great. She explained everything that she was doing, asked often if I was doing alright and she gave me the best cleaning that I have had in years. The dentist was very personable and thorough. I even found out that I didn't need work that another practice had told me I did. I'm so happy to have found a place that I feel comfortable with, and can trust. Thanks Dr. Bob's! read more

It's a great experience up until you get to the doctor. The wait time is too long even when you have an appointment. We once arrived with an appointment scheduled at 4:20 and did not get in until 4:50. Some doctors are better than others, so be careful who you get. read more

Dr. Mark is the only person I'll trust with my teeth. I've had awful experiences previously with dental work, specifically a disastrous root canal. One appointment with him 12 years ago, and I'll never go anywhere else. The staff is also extremely professional, friendly, and comforting!!!
