Very good tacos for a cheap price! Stopped in with a friend to get some tacos and chips/queso to split. I got a beef, steak and chicken taco to try some of the main proteins. The tacos were very soft (because I got soft tacos of course but were exceptionally soft!) and very filling. Chips and queso were very good too. I didn't receive very many chips though and I felt bad wasting the remaining queso as I didn't want to take it home to reuse for something else. Sitting inside, it's cool because you can see into the kitchen and see your tacos being made while you wait! Overall the service was very quick!

While visiting the area for a business trip I stopped in on the way back to the airport. it was early and the place was not busy. I got the chorizo burrito and I was told to try the Asada taco. Both were very good and their house made hot sauce was amazing. I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area.

Very good tacos! I'll have to come back and try their birria someday. We came for taco Tuesday and all street tacos are $2 which is a good deal. I like that you can see it being made back in the kitchen. Service was friendly, we had to ask for our elote that they forgot but they got it to us quick! There are a few tables in the building if you'd like to eat it inside instead of taking it to go.

Tacos and quesadillas are packed with chicken, and plenty of food for a great price. The food is very good but just missing a little something. The tacos are definitely street style. The chicken doesn't have a lot of spice but their hot sauce is fire and made up for it. The chips in salsa are slightly too oily. The service is good and place has the feel of taco shop which I loved but it's not super decorated. I go often, it's labeled halal!

Quesadillia.... in the garbage. It smelled like garbage. I was starving, so I picked at the edges, but ended up pitching it. Super mad.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a beef taco. The taco was good. The quesadilla was a good size. It smelled and tasted like hot garbage though. I was starving, and picked off the edges as well as I could to get a few bites off of it, but I've never had something so gross. I don't know if there was a special kind of cheese they used that just stank, or a sauce, but this sucks.

Amazing service today, everything was perfect, and the lady gave good service and my MILD sauce was excellent

    Chicken bowl

Stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting for the workers to get done in the back so they can take my order. Food came out after 15-20 minutes for a chicken bowl. The bowl tastes old, chips taste stale and chicken has no seasoning. The bowl lacks flavor.

3 tables and a long window counter with 7 stools and 2 seats by the front counter as well. It's mostly a carry out place. Ordered 2 taco with grilled chicken, 1 chicken quesadilla, guacamole and chips and salsa, two spicy street corn, mangonada and chicken enchiladas (green sauce only). The mangonada comes with a sweet wrapped strawberry fruit roll up straw. The mangonada is so yummy. The spicy street corn is also quite good. The spicy topping looks like flamin hot Cheetos. The chicken quesadilla is good, grilled with onions and green peppers with the cheese. The chicken tacos were okay, nothing special. I would not get the chips, guacamole or salsa. The chips are super crunchy, but greasy. The guacamole and salsa were both very plain and average. The chips were mostly broken and small tiny pieces. The chicken enchiladas were okay, also not note worthy for me. The rice was blah. The refried beans were decently flavored at least.

Chicken tamales-no! My photo after picking thru with frustration.

Don't order the chicken tamales. They were not cooked properly and one was sort of green with whitish green chicken other had red chicken (?). Both had lots of breading and little meat-not tasty at all-zero spice. Threw most of it away. Beef taco saved my dinner. No option to sour cream and salsa and neither was included. Beans covered in cheese and rice were tasteless.

Been ordering from here for over a year now. Everything is always fresh, hot and delicious! Birria is always on point. This has become one of my go to taco spots!

Dry carne asada taco. Good service. Nice building. Their tacos is are covered in soap leaves (cilantro), but they left off for me.

Important point - their salsa served with chips before and with the meals is overloaded with chili powder (dark color) and would make an amazing base for chili. We didn't finish either dish due to the salsa and were really hungry by the time we arrived after traveling. The restaurant was semi full so must be some like that. For us - no bueno! Won't be back. We were kind about our critique and waitress received it well. Restaurant was clean and well kept. I mean this with kindness - Recuerdos! (Best wishes) PS: shockingly waitress agreed with us and stated she doesn't recommend the restaurant even though she works there. Try it for yourself and see if it works for you though.

Just under a warmer. Food was okay, they ran out of Carnitas (Pork). I'd prefer to go to other Mexican establishments in the area. Birria tacos barely had any meat. When you watch workers walk over the same crumbled up napkin on the ground near the "bar"over and over, clearly no one cares or pays attention! Also, I found it odd that they didn't have a designated area for their personal waters. They just had it all over the bar counter. Very disappointing!

My wife and I have been running errands and wanted to try something new for supper and found this place on yelp. When we arrived it seemed a little quiet, but the hostess/waitress quickly appeared and showed us to a table. From there everything went smoothly. I opted for a plate of enchiladas, and found them to be very well prepared and seasoned. The salsa had that wonderful tomato forward texture to it that I enjoy very much. The room is small, and it's clear that they get most of their business on carryout. That being said I think if you showed up with a somewhat larger party they would be glad to take care of you. Being that I'm on this side of town for a few days, I figured it was finally time to check it out. The location's much bigger with more seating than the Rochester Hills one. Nicely decorated with ample seating, you order at the counter and they run the food out to you. Not sure if they have waitresses or not, but that's how they were running it when I was there. I asked if they had Birria tacos and the man behind the counter said they do, just not on the menu. I ordered the taco dinner with shredded beef, rice, beans and a glass of water. I got served chips and dip which was okay, but the salsa was a bit runny for my liking. The "hot" salsa was good, and wasn't overpowering. Eventually, my food came out and it was a huge portion! I was impressed with all three tacos, rice and beans. It was only $13 on the menu, so I was happy with how much food I was served. The beef was a little on the dry side but still fairly good. Rice and beans were decent, but the music was a bit on the louder side. I docked a star for the meat being a bit dry and louder music considering it wasn't really necessary. The man who rang me up was super nice and friendly and also went through the menu with me since I had a few questions before ordering. Overall, a decent meal for the price and I'd return in the future.
