First the room I received my facial didn't have a curtain it was open which made it hard to relax and wind down because I could hear people moving throughout the spa and talking. A lot of talking. Majority of the technicians wear masks which made me feel very comfortable. I noticed their tools were in sanitation bags but there was no Barbicide in the open. I had a french gel manicure and a classic pedicure. The total came out to being $150, which is very reasonable for the technique used. My nail tech was polite and a junior artist so I did have a lot of patience and did not expect expert work, however, I suffered multiple cuts on my foot and hand that caused a lot of bleeding along my cuticle. Also my paint on my toes were ruined with small bubbles since she did use AirDryer spray, but not enough for me to return it can be smoothed out at home with nail polish remover.
