I've had some bad experiences at other salons where my already thin, asymmetrical eyebrows were stripped to almost nothing in an attempt to make them match. However, this technician was very thorough and precise in her work and checked in with me more than once to make sure I was satisfied. The only con is that the salon chairs have no headrest, which is quite uncomfortable for your neck when you're lying nearly horizontal. My headscarf actually slipped off halfway through the threading because of the angle, but the technician very kindly grabbed me some bobby pins from nowhere and secured it in place so that she could finish without me being exposed. I really appreciated that. Efficient and good service. I'll be back again.

There's a large open treatment area where the facials and other skin services are done and then a couple of treatment rooms for body waxing. My waxer happened to be able to do my brows in one of the treatment rooms which I was glad about. I walked in and was floored by the over the top (see what I did there?) decor. The wallpaper on the ceiling is such a nice touch since you're laying down on the table. I love when businesses really hone in on the little details in order to make the space shine. After talking through my options, we decided to go with hard wax, instead of soft, for my sensitive skin. The treatment was painless and afterward she covered the area with hydrocortisone cream.
