First of all brought my dad here who is elderly for a simple nail trim. I made sure authorization was done prior with primary doctor. We checked in 15 min prior to the appointment and then 45 min later he gets called in and start with the nurse doing an assessment. He was just there for nail trimming. No complaints of pain. Then the dr came in rushing through paperwork and assuming he knows all insurance companies. He stated today will be the visit consultation then an authorization needs to be done for nail trimming. I told him no the authorization is for nail trimming. He then said no this is how insurances work. Then my dad was frustrated and said let's go. Our time wasted. As we walked out the Dr said oh we have authorization for nail trimming. No thanks. Don't go here they try to bill your insurance for unnecessary things. read more

Dr. Lebaschi was the best! I was introduced to him when I went in to the Emergency room due to a infection on my big toe and he came in to help me. I did have to have my big toe amputated. After my surgery and was discharged from the hospital I went to go see him once a week for 2 weeks until he said I was cleared to go back to work. Every thing. Dr. Lebaschi originally told me he will take care of my big finger fungus problem did not work. He took my old nail out and sold me a lot of things that I trusted him and bought them. any expensive things I bought from his office did not work. I followed all the things he told me with 2 packages of expensive medication liquid to apply on my nail in the morning and evening. I did. I followed up a few times to visit him and followed what he asked me. After my new nail grow. I am having the same fungus problem like I did before. That is after 1 1/2 year. At my last office visit with him he said he can not do anything else. Originally I told him I had problem with another Iranian Dr. Who did the same procedure and did not work over 5 years ago. He said not to worry he will make it good. 2nd bad experience I have with my big foot fungus nail. Dr. Lebaschi should lie to patient and try to charge them all the extra that I had to pay out of my pocket not covered with my good insurance that trust him. I could even file a sue with him. I ended up in emergency room at Foothill Regional Hospital because St Joseph emergency room was full. Best thing to happen to me. I was admitted and seen Dr Lebaschi he was polite and professional. He gave me his business card and told me he was going to follow up with all follow appointments. I had two toes removed. And had angioplasty at same time. Well things didn't go well so I had second surgery which was an exceptional recovery. I am so glad I found a doctor who was able to get me the help I have been needing for eight weeks. I am diabetic so that was why there were complications with healing after first surgery. And I was told upfront that there could be complications since I do have diabetes. I've been seeing Dr. Lebaschi since November of 2020 for a nail treatment. The first day I walked into his office/clinic I felt very nervous, but his staff and himself made me feel very welcoming, especially Lupe. They were friendly and very professional when it came to my infection. I highly recommend him if you have any questions regarding toe nail fungus. My nail treatment is still ongoing, but I can't wait to continue seeing results. The only thing that you should know is that you should be prepare to wait a little longer for your appointment. Just walked out of the doctors office and I can't express how grateful I am to Dr. Lebaschi and his staff. They were all extremely professional and courteous. I went in with severe pain due to an ingrown toenail. Dr Lebaschi explained how the procedure and healing process would work. He recommended that they should remove my entire toenail. I had a nail fungus infection for over 5yrs on my big toe - I tried all the over the counter oils, creams sprays including tea tree oil and nothing worked. I finally decided to try the laser treatment with Dr Amir Lebaschi and I'm happy to say that the infection is just about cleared up! Finally!! The office was clean and updated. The staff I dealt with, were all very nice and easy to deal with. I had the Laser Fungus removal treatment done on my right foot. Make sure your prepared and have NO nail polish on either foot regardless if you're only doing one. Also, plan to begin your treatment(s) in early Spring when you're able to wear more open toed shoes all the way through the end of summer. Dr. Amir Lebaschi was professional and caring, he was thorough at giving after care instructions. The actual portion of the treatment is painless and only feels very warm. But before you get to that the doctor has to cut down any nails that are infected as short as possible which for me was painful (3 toes). Ouch! As always I like to be clear on why I didn't give 5 stars. Your explained that more than one treatment is preferable, but optional. Also, the treatment oil for after care is not included in the price I paid. Which was $45 out of pocket (I despise unforeseen cost). -Be prepared to be sold on a shoe sterilization gadget. All in all I hope to recommend the Doctor but results take months to see, so expect an update. read more

One of the BEST health practitioners I've ever visited. Dr. Lebaschi did a two part surgery on an in-grown toenail I had, and everything he told me is exactly how it happened with my healing process. He cares so much about patients, and has an incredible memory--I hadn't seen him in four months and he remembered the type of work I did! Recently I went there to get my ingrown toe removed by Dr. Lebaschi. Since a year ago, I had to get my other ingrown toe removed. It was never racking for me entering the building again since I remembered how frightening it was for me when they injected the anesthesia to numb my toe, but I will have to thank and mention two nurses that helped me calm down Jasmin and Lupe. Both of them helped me calm down when the anesthesia was injected. They held my hand until I calmed down and I will forever be grateful for this two nurses. However, a few days later the office manager called back and explained that they had staffing issues and new hires. She also offered me free consultation and six MLS treatment. My Mother hurt her foot and primary care doctor referred us to Dr. Lebaschi. Upon examination, Dr. Lebaschi found diminished pulses in both feet indicating possible circulation problems and immediately referred us to a vascular care treatment center. Occlusion of arteries and veins were diagnosed and at the start of her first angiogram surgeon found a blood clot and successfully removed it.
