I work Disneyland and had to do workmans comp and my first doctor was horrible! But came here kinda scared I might have the same experience but did not! Brianna at the front is amazing and informative and welcoming. Dr. Spencer definitely care about his practice and is well informed and knowledgeable! His kindness made me feel so welcomed and not afraid to ask questions . My first time here was just as great as the second time, they were quick and kind when I say kindness they definitely hold the standard for me. I wish all my specialist were like this office I will continue to recommend this doctor for any foot related injuries. He took the time to hear me out and listen to my concerns. He did not feel to pushy to giving me the cortisone shot but I had came to consensus that it was something I needed. He was kind and patient with me. During the process of getting a shot he was very KIND and saying what it will feel like and helping me keep calm in the process. Please stop to read this review! I went to see Dr White for a second opinion for my foot with X-rays from the prior doctor. After she reviewed the x-rays she told me they are not very good and she recommended that I do a CT scan. I agreed to do a CT scan and paid the $780 deductible. I went back to Dr White to get the results. After I waited an hour 20 minutes as she was running behind she walked into the room and said we have a problem she's unable to read the CT scan because it is done in a fancy way and she doesn't know how to read it. She categorically refused to review the radiologist report stating that she doesn't rely on the report. Dr White was well aware of the location where I was going to get the CT scan and did not request the scan to be done in a specific format. When her office manager called the imaging place where the CT Scan was done , they graciously agreed to give Dr White access to their portal to go in and review the scan however Dr. White did not do it! I called every day and the front desk said that The office manager Soraya would be calling me back and she never did. I even emailed Soraya and she never responded. I called again and I insisted in speaking with Soraya, when Soraya answered she was extremely rude and didn't understand why I'm calling. When I asked her that I'm waiting to hear back from Dr White if she reviewed the scan as I need a diagnosis she rudely told me you have the radiologist report read that and hung up the phone! This doctor and her office managers have zero empathy for her patients and simply do not care! read more

I had some severe pain on the back Of my toes and went to see Dr. White. She was extremely nice and she examined my foot and gave me some suggestions to ease the pain. I have been to Dr. Jacqueline White three times for ingrown toe nail problems over the last 2 years. Dr. White is thorough, friendly, and is the only doctor I have ever gone to that I have felt provided such good service that I would recommend her to others. Her wait times are never long and she normally can get me in and out in under 30 minutes which is excellent for visiting during work lunch breaks. She also is very flexible with scheduling and has got me in same day as I called before. She is knowledgeable, her staff is courteous and friendly, she is also very affordable even if you don't have health insurance (one of my trips to her I did not have insurance for). All in all, 5 out of 5.. I cant find a single con. If you are new to Orange area, or you are just looking for a new, good podiatrist I highly recommend you call Dr. White and her staff! read more

So I had to make the decision to have foot surgery because the cortisone injection I had in August wore off and I was once again in pain. So I had my foot surgery on Dec 28 to remove 2 titanium screws that were placed in on 2005. Again Dr White is THE BEST ! Dr. White is an absolute life saver! I had a pretty bad ingrown toe that I had neglected for months that was really bothering me. It was on the inside of my right big toe and hurt pretty bad. I was a little nervous making the appointment because I had looked up the procedure online and it looked painful. When I showed up (afternoon on a Friday) I was pleasantly surprised that there was nobody in the waiting room and no wait. I checked in with the receptionist (didn't catch her name, but she was very nice), filled out my info, and was in my room within 5 minutes. Dr. White walked in and greeted me a few minutes later, and she was very friendly. She sympathized with my pain and told me that they have a tendency of being pretty painful. She told me what usually causes ingrown toenails, and asked me a few questions to figure out what it was for me. I'm the type of person that likes to know everything that is going on when getting any sort of procedure done, and I think Dr. White picked up on that and she was very informative. She explained exactly what she was going to be doing to me and what to expect to feel. Because my ingrown toenail had extra tissue growing over it (proud flesh, I believe she called it), she explained that she would remove the nail and then the tissue as it would prevent my toe from healing. While all of this did not sound very fun to me, she assured me that the Novocain shot would be the only thing I would feel - and she was right! Other than a little "bee sting" and some pressure, I felt nothing! The procedure was done in minutes, and I was shocked at how large the ingrown nail was (I'm gross and asked to take a picture - she said yes lol) as well as how effortlessly she got it out. Dr. White has obviously done this several times - she was quick, efficient, and even distracted me with some conversation while doing the procedure. She cleaned me up, wrapped-up my toe/foot, told me what to expect and how to clean everything, and sent me on my way. I was shocked when I looked at my watch while walking out the door and it was 11:30. This was seriously one of the best doctor appointments I've had in my life! Thanks Dr. White! read more

Best doctor visit I had all year! I went to the doctor a lot this year so that's saying something! She hit all 3 of the major requirements for doctors in my book: 1. Friendly and personable. She didn't make me feel like I was ruining her day by being there. In fact she chit chatted with me and was extremely pleasant 2. She took the time to really listen to what I had to say. She didn't get upset about some self diagnosis I did, and she really made sure she understood what was bothering me. 3. She explained everything in a clear manner. I'm talking she broke it down preschool style, even explaining what a ligament was in case I didn't know. She drew diagrams even for my simple issue. I really appreciate more information than less. 4 (bonus round!). She didn't just ship me off to have expensive tests. She didn't order anything unnecessary. In fact, she used neat tricks like a tuning fork to look for a fracture. She cut me a piece of foam as cushion instead of recommending expensive orthotics or any other nonsense. I was in earlier this week to see Dr. White. The staff was able to get me in on the same day. The office was clean and the front staff were very nice to me. Dr. White asked me many questions regarding my condition and I felt very comfortable discussing my symptoms with her. Dr. White reveiwed my xrays with me and was clear in explaining things . She was direct and expressed her concern regarding my ankle. She asked me to get an MRI to better diagnosed me. I recommend her highly. read more

Dr. White was recommended to me by my primary care physician. He suggested that I go to her because I have been having serious issues with my feet. I made the appointment over the phone. The staff was very friendly and even called me a few days before the appointment to remind me of it. When I arrived, I accidentally ended up in the hospital adjacent to her office. Once I made it to her office, the staff was friendly. My wait to see the doctor was not very long at all which I love because I hate feeling like my time is being wasted. Dr. White herself was very pleasant and informative. Everything she said was understandable and made sense. I honestly wish I had seen her years ago because it seems like all of the issues I've had with my ankles, knees, pelvis, and back stem from the problems with my feet! I'm glad she figured it out and was able to provide me with a solution toward recovery. I purchased the insoles she suggested so hopefully everything goes well. Dr. White is the best! I'm on my feet all day and my foot pain was almost unbearable. I had been seen by another local podiatrist who gave me a total of five minutes of his time. Get custom made insoles for about $500.00 was his advice, then rushed off to juggle three other patients. My G.P. referred me to Dr. White. What a difference. She listened and asked questions about my condition, then spent quite a lot of time explaining what was causing my pain. The shoes I was wearing at home (vans) and work (Dr. Sholes) were too soft , no arch support. No expensive insoles needed. Absolute waste of time. Do NOT come here for WARTS. In the fall of 2015 I saw her approx 6 times for two plantar warts. I was at first optimistic due to her great bed side manner. She tried treating them with salicylic acid but it didn't work. I followed her instructions too. So she said surgery was the only option. Then the office (which is VERY unorganized and has never successfully returned a phone call), told me I would have to pay out of pocket for the surgery bc the dr would not make enough money on it through my insurance. BUT HERE IS THE WORST PART: I didn't need surgery! I went to another foot dr who treated 4 times with cantharidin which is a very very common easy solution to stubborn warts. It creates a blister over the wart to help kill it. It's successful when you do it back to back every two/three weeks and you keep foot completely dry the first few days. This dr and another I called could not believe Dr White didn't try that and said I needed surgery. Surgery is HARDLY ever needed. I wasted so much time and money with Dr White and the fact she wouldn't not have even taken my insurance if surgery was in fact needed scares me. That is something to know ahead of time before you begin a treatment plan with a dr. FYI. Still no warts. (I went to Tustin podiatry but most foot drs will know you treat them with cantharidin. That's been the go to solution for warts for years and years. read more

I soooooo HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jacqueline White if you have any foot pain what-so-ever!!! This last weekend, she just did surgery for a bunion, & cutting the Plantar Fasciatis band in my heel. It was the easiest surgery I have ever gone thru, & I've had 4. She won't just do something if she doesn't feel you NEED to have it done. She does such a great job, that it was painless! My niece also had both her feet done at once by Dr. White, for a surgery done wrong from another Doctor, & Dr. White fixed the mess the 1st Doctor did, & my niece has never had a problem since. Dr. White is VERY caring, & thorough. She will take the time to explain things in depth to you, showing you pictures & mark on a graph what she see's in your condition. You never feel like she is rushing you!!! - She always takes her time to make you feel important. She makes sure you are healthy to go thru surgery, & has a great team of workers.
