And choosing a Doctor Who is a solo practitioner, not in some huge building and part of a large Medical Group, has so many perks. I felt like he was one of the few doctors today, who was really willing to do what he thought was right. Also, I will mention that because he has four kids, he is definitely no stranger to injuries or breaks, so I highly recommend him for that as well as anything else if you read the reviews. Bonus - everyone in his office is super nice, no long waits, easy parking and best of all, he is someone who is passionate about caring for feet and has been doing this for a very long time. The staff offered me the choice of a same-day appointment or one the following day. I chose the next day, and the scheduling process was incredibly easy and convenient. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick, and I was called back to the exam room within minutes. Shortly after, Dr. Yang came in, which I really appreciated because I wasn't left waiting like I have been at many other medical offices. Dr. Yang took the time to explain my options for treating my pinky toe. He explained the difference between removing the ingrown portion of the nail, which would eventually grow back, and performing a permanent procedure that involved numbing my toe, removing the nail, and applying acid to prevent it from growing back. He made sure I understood everything before moving forward. What impressed me the most was that I didn't expect the procedure to be done that same day. Based on my past experiences with other doctors, I assumed I would only be evaluated and then have to schedule another appointment for the actual procedure. Instead, Dr. Yang was able to take care of everything during my visit. I really appreciated not having to come back for a second appointment, which saved me both time and the cost of another copay. My entire visit, including check-in, the consultation, and the procedure was completed in less than an hour. It's refreshing to find a medical office that values patients' time while still providing exceptional care. I highly recommend Orange County Podiatry and Dr. Yang. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and caring, and they made what could have been a stressful visit a smooth and positive experience. They are efficient and helpful. Dr. Farajian diagnosed me with achilles tendonitis and two bone spurs. She compassionately listened to my experience and concerns and recommended treatments including red light, laser, shock, and injections into my heel. Every step of the way she Christina and Jasmine have been helpful with my recovery. After 3 months, I am no longer in pain. Recently I broke my toe. He Definately cares about his patients and we aren't just a number to him. He is very understanding and takes the time to actually listen and have feedback that isn't just some general information that iv heard a thousand times before. I trust that he will get down to the root cause and get me the proper care for the underlying issue. Not just wrap it up and tell me to leave it alone for days at a time until my next appointment. The last time I went to a doctor about my foot just wrapped it and told me to leave it alone for a bout a week. The pain became so bad that I had to unwrap it to see why it was so painful and out of nowhere I had a wound that looked like something was chewing my skin off and oozing out yellow stinky liquid. And when I go back to tell the doctor wat happend. They got mad at me and wrapped it up again and told me to leave it this time as if I had done something to cause it. It was obviously infected and the doctor had just wanted me to cover it up and forget about it and hope it went away. I had lost all faith in medicine until I ended up seeing Dr Savasky while I was at the hospital recently. I can't wait for my next appointment to figure out what to do next and to talk baseball with him. (Go dodgers!) anyways I recommend him to anyone experiencing problems with their feet.
