I ordered a very expensive slipcovered sectional from Weisshouse. Upon washing, the slipcover…read moreshrunk and it is was nearly impossible (I spend about 45 minutes) to get back on. I thought it was my fault and that the slipcover wasn't washable so I didn't contact the company at that time. About 2 years later, I was looking for a chair to go in the room, and I showed the designer a picture of my room. She immediately commented that the slipcover looked too tight. I told her at that time that the slipcover shrunk after washing. After sending out people to look at the sectional, it was decided that they would split the cost of a new slipcover with me. However, the owner, Stacy, and the manufacturer would admit to no wrongdoing and would only say that the "new one shouldn't shrink." After spending over $25000 at their store, I wasn't prepared to pay any additional money to maybe rectify the situation. The most troubling aspect is that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't even have the decency or courtesy of responding or trying to work with me to resolve this problem. The designers and support staff are very helpful and supportive (with a great eye) which is the only reason that I gave the store 2 stars. Unfortunately, they and their customers are not supported by the owner. I have included pictures of the sectional with the tears that have occurred from trying to get the slipcover back on the sectional.

Made of cedar and treated wood it should last a long time. Craftsmanship was top quality. Once here with the right posts, it only took a few hours to complete. They even left us with a can of stain for future touch-ups. The minus: communication was minimal or poor. We had to call them a few days before the install to confirm that they were coming. The first install date the installers arrived with the wrong posts and couldn't put it up. Once ordered, it took 2 months to the install date. Overall, I'd certainly buy from AY again. It gets a recommend.

We got the Berlin Gardens counter height table with 6 chairs and the Adirondack chairs for around our firepit. I love these Adirondack chairs because you don't feel like you are slumped down into the chair like others....and best part is they fold up and store easily! Mike, Tammy and Brian were awesome to work with....the customer service and communication was nothing but star service. We had the furniture built and delivered and it arrived in perfect condition The delivery team was also wonderful and brought everything down around back placed it exactly where I wanted it. I then reached out via FB messenger to see if certain pieces were still available and she was so accommodating and helpful. Yesterday we stopped in to check out some pieces. Bonnie and the gentleman there were both so kind, helpful and understanding. They couldn't have been any nicer. They have a huge selection of furniture, both new and used to choose from. You can rent or buy. A lot of furniture at more "typical" stores right now is on back order which isn't always ideal. Some of the used furniture is in better or worse condition than the next which is to be expected since they can't control how someone cares for the furniture they are leasing. The location was easy to get to with a great parking lot right next door. The space itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and easy to see. They explained how they thoroughly cleaned the each item they lease when it gets turned in which makes me feel much better about buying used from them versus elsewhere. It's definitely a great place to check out if you're in the market for new furniture!

The recliner is real leather and we were able to pick the fabric for the couch and ottoman. The bases are real wood. Fast forward to today and those pieces are still going strong in our home. So when we needed a new dining room table Roomful Express was where he headed. We went in last week and picked out a table that we liked. Marcie was our salesperson and she was wonderful. She allowed us to look around. She didn't hover which was nice. She was very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. She wrote down information for us so we could go home and measure. She even offered us a wood sample to take home to see if the color of the finish worked with our existing furniture. Today we sat down with the owner Nathan to make our purchase. He was very nice and explained everything to us which made the purchasing process a breeze. So you may think to yourself . . . that kind of quality and excellent customer service must come at a steep price. It doesn't. If you shop other furniture stores you will quickly see the value of your purchase. Quality at an affordable price. A beautiful home that doesn't include pressed wood that will have to be replaced in 3-5 years. Fantastic quality at an incredible price. Side note-they have two locations, Baldwin and Wexford.

I was given a number to the corporate manager, but of course no answer. I have left two messages and I am still awaiting a phone call, just want to know if my furniture is going to be available in a timely manner, or if I need to cancel my order and go elsewhere. Usually I go to the location on Saw Mill Run but there is a sign on their door that says On Vacation - Go to Penn Ave. Inside is decidedly low tech. Cash or check only, hand written receipts, and an overwhelming smell of aging card board. But what do I care when the walk from the car to the counter is 5 feet, they always have the obscure part that I need, and the prices are reasonable. So no matter the appliance, if you need a replacement part don't waste your time at Lowe's or Home Depot or True Value - go to All Appliance Parts!

I was comfortable purchasing it directly online after reading all the reviews, but my husband needed to see and sit on it. Fair enough... I guess :) So thankfully I checked and the furniture gallery had it in stock in the showroom. To be honest, I had no idea this store even existed. It's hidden behind the South Hills Village Mall in a small plaza where the Ulta and DSW are located. The store was dead on a Saturday morning, so we were able to be helped by a nice woman named Susan. I beelined for the couch and was in love at first sight. They were running a Labor Day sale so we got it for a discount. To be honest, it was pretty pricey, so I was just waiting for it to go on sale. We ordered the couch and ottoman and were able to get it shipped to our new house fairly quickly too. We did end up changing our minds on placement of the couch in our living room, so I had to physically go in and "return" and rebuy the couch so we could switch the chaise lounge placement. I wasn't able to do it over the phone, it's only a perk for Macy's card holders. But the process again was easy, other than having to physically come in. Delivery was on time and super quick. Sitting on this lovely couch now and very happy!

Where to begin: Customer service is non-existent. The owners are rude, the shop is so unorganized,…read moreand frankly embarrassingly dirty even for the a customer. I purchased my lawn mower there in 2013 (will never do that again). Its been a decent tractor thus far, however, it was in need of a repair (presumably a carb replacement). I made an appointment to drop the tractor off, I showed up with the tractor and was greeted with the unwelcoming, unprofessional, and repulsive individual working the desk, Aaron i believe his name is. A mook point as he was completely unaware that an appointment had been made to drop the tractor off, so clearly a communication issue lingers between the maybe 3 employees that work there or should I say hang out there, as calling it work would be a compliment. It was estimated over the phone that diagnostics and repair would take about 7 days, that all changed once the tractor was dropped off as the lead time increased to 10-14 days, mind you no other equipment was in the shop at that time for repair and this was during peek mowing season, so urgency was expressed at the time of drop-off. We asked if they had a loaner for occasions like this and was scoffed at like we were asking for the world. We mow approximately 5 acres so you can imagine what kind of predicament this put us in. We expressed urgency to Schotts on several call in status updates and we were hit with "the grass doesn't know there is a pandemic" response, clearly a crutch they've begun to use for their exceptionally awful service they provide (No one was wearing masks in the building, so do they really believe in the pandemic..)The tractor was finished and ready for pickup on day #14, after they called and said the bill was $900! Never once did they let us know what was wrong or if they should proceed with the repairs. Nope, they just called and said " Your tractor is fixed, its $899 and we close at 6" I will never return and I hope who ever is reading this will learn from my experience as I did and shop elsewhere for parts, service and mowers. A call to the Better Business Bureau was placed as well.
