Made of cedar and treated wood it should last a long time. Craftsmanship was top quality. Once here with the right posts, it only took a few hours to complete. They even left us with a can of stain for future touch-ups. The minus: communication was minimal or poor. We had to call them a few days before the install to confirm that they were coming. The first install date the installers arrived with the wrong posts and couldn't put it up. Once ordered, it took 2 months to the install date. Overall, I'd certainly buy from AY again. It gets a recommend.

Mike, Tammy and Brian were awesome to work with....the customer service and communication was nothing but star service. We had the furniture built and delivered and it arrived in perfect condition The delivery team was also wonderful and brought everything down around back placed it exactly where I wanted it. I ordered a very expensive slipcovered sectional from Weisshouse. Upon washing, the slipcover…read moreshrunk and it is was nearly impossible (I spend about 45 minutes) to get back on. I thought it was my fault and that the slipcover wasn't washable so I didn't contact the company at that time. About 2 years later, I was looking for a chair to go in the room, and I showed the designer a picture of my room. She immediately commented that the slipcover looked too tight. I told her at that time that the slipcover shrunk after washing. After sending out people to look at the sectional, it was decided that they would split the cost of a new slipcover with me. However, the owner, Stacy, and the manufacturer would admit to no wrongdoing and would only say that the "new one shouldn't shrink." After spending over $25000 at their store, I wasn't prepared to pay any additional money to maybe rectify the situation. The most troubling aspect is that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't even have the decency or courtesy of responding or trying to work with me to resolve this problem. The designers and support staff are very helpful and supportive (with a great eye) which is the only reason that I gave the store 2 stars. Unfortunately, they and their customers are not supported by the owner. I have included pictures of the sectional with the tears that have occurred from trying to get the slipcover back on the sectional.

I reached out via the phone and spoke with Bonnie to inquire more about them. I then reached out via FB messenger to see if certain pieces were still available and she was so accommodating and helpful. Yesterday we stopped in to check out some pieces. Bonnie and the gentleman there were both so kind, helpful and understanding. They couldn't have been any nicer. They have a huge selection of furniture, both new and used to choose from. You can rent or buy. A lot of furniture at more "typical" stores right now is on back order which isn't always ideal. Some of the used furniture is in better or worse condition than the next which is to be expected since they can't control how someone cares for the furniture they are leasing. The location was easy to get to with a great parking lot right next door. The space itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and easy to see. They explained how they thoroughly cleaned the each item they lease when it gets turned in which makes me feel much better about buying used from them versus elsewhere. I came back in at first because I thought perhaps we had been sent the wrong bed, but he verified it for me and explained that the mattress probably just needed a good deal of breaking in, and that was why it probably didn't feel as soft as the one on display.
