One did not speak english, the other struggled with english. They refuses to set up as room floors were not bare for them. ( only mattresses and bases in area) the ajustable bases fit inside the platform frames which was where they were going. They dropped off the bases and mattresses after a very struggled conversation do to language barriers. And said call store when i want set up. So, me and my young child put together the bases and put them in the center of the platform bed frame as was where they were going... and did set up ourselves... as they refused to do it...as floor was not clear... white glove service is suppose to take old mattress and set up new ones... what a waste of money

As for picking out my mattress, I knew nothing about a mattress other than: does it feel good? The man had me try out a few and see what I liked and what I didn't like till we narrowed it down to two! From there, he then had me lay on each for a good 5-10 minutes to really get a feel for it! He wanted me to like it, after all, I'd be spending a good 8 hours on it everyday! After finally deciding on which mattress to purchase, the buying process was easy! After delivery (which was fast and easy with great delivery guys), I realized the twin box was too small for my antique bed. Not only was I able to return it with no hassle, but Vince went the extra mile and tried to source a shorter box that would fit my bed (without me asking), even going so far as to look into custom-made options. After a good try, we just didn't like it - I felt stuck in it if I tried to change position and a bit hot. I called to ask about how to go about exchanging and the person on the phone was a little rude. If you have an exchange option, please don't be rude when it's requested. We went in to choose a new one and luckily Ray helped us out. He was so kind about the exchange, so patient as we tried other options, and so helpful with our questions. We ordered a more traditional Stearns & foster with super duper springs and had our first sleep on it last night.
