My husband had recently passed away, He had a handwritten will leaving to me rental property he had acquired before we were married. I was not on title; therefore, I needed to go through a shorter version of probate to acquire title to the property. I was referred to Ana Maria by my real estate agent. It made this process so much easier dealing with someone who was knowledgeable in this field, rather than trying to go it alone. There were a couple of filing issues that came up with the court, but Ana Maria had them resolved quickly. If there was something Ana Maria had a question about, she has a probate attorney that she can ask for advice. After the filing issues were resolved, we had to wait about 4 months for the court to sign off on the property so my name could be on title.
