I had a vacation coming up so decided to go here since it's near by. I would have rather done my own nails. The pedicure caused me pain my whole vacation from my skin and nails burning so much so they got swollen. Pretty sure I either got an infection or bad inflammation due to one of the ladies making me bleed me twice to legit tug off skin without being gentle. I've gone here for years but recently their prices are ridiculous. I went to get medium almond full set and gel and it was 50$!!! You may say that's not a lot but it is by how simple it is. I also got a pedicure with gel and when I came home it was peeling off. Also she left my toe nails long like what?!! The vibe in that shop is suffocating I feel like I'm in highschool again. They will quote you the price on the wall and when done they will slap you with 35 for feet and 35 for full set medium length and gel nail. The worse part is that your nails will last a week, I'm annoyed because although they did a "good job" 2 nails broke off in 4 days and then It was so easy to just snap off the rest. After the last one gave me a harder time i literally sanded her down and took a photo, and to my surprise there is space between the fake nail and my nail, acrylic on top just bends but the crazy glue is only glued on the sides of the nail causing nail to easily break. Maybe if these humans doing nails weren't cheap about using their materials and truly putting product on my nails would last longer and I'd be a return customer read more

Came to visit family and i needed a pedi , came to this place they do an awesome job . i got the pedi which was $10 t callus remove $5 t sea salt scrub additional $3 . I live 2 hours out of LA and its a lot different than here . everything is basic and that's why its cheap . The only thing that bugged me was sanitation of pedicure bowls. I went two days later to get the nail replaced because this was obviously they're fault, and the lady cussed at me saying I was lying and she doesn't have to do anything about it. I've been here twice. First time I got a full set and pedi. Now I'm here for just a pedi. They put me in a chair and have me waiting on the chair w my feet soaking. Place is convenient because it's close to home . Location is very dirty. You try to look past that because it's HP. Been going there because the nail tech Vanessa does a good job. I've scheduled appointments with her and she ALWAYS makes me wait even though I have appointments. She's made me wait up to 30 mins from my scheduled time. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for Thursday, July 1st at 6pm. She scheduled me for Friday; which was not what was arranged. I communicated with her via text because my nails were broken and needed them to be fixed. She said she schedule me for Friday July the 2nd. I took it because I needed it. Went today and she was RUDE AF. Her vibe was off the minute I got there. I was parking @ 6:02 and she text me asking if I was coming. Told her I was already there, she made me wait 10 minutes til she was ready for me. She said that they didn't have time to do another pedicure so I told her to do my moms; who was there with me. She did my moms pedi and got started with me. She pulled my hands and made me bleed when she cut my cuticles- i feel it was personal. When I asked her why she scheduled me for today (I was going out of town today that's why I scheduled the earlier appointment) she said that it was not her fault that she did that ( it was CLEAR on the text message). She got upset and said she didn't want to talk to me anymore- her tone of voice changed when she said this. She then began to speak on her language with everyone else around. She made me feel VERY uncomfortable, disrespected and mostly annoyed. NEVER going back again. For better customer service and convenient mani/pedi or what ever else you need, go to the other nail shop at the same shopping center. Avoid the trouble of dealing with people who have ZERO customer service, are in a bad mood and are not professional .I also asked if someone else could do my pedicure prior to leaving since other people kept coming in and were being seated, she gave me attitude and began to argue with me. So my best friend and I decided to check this place out today, it really wasnt packed got there around 3:00 didnt leave until 6.! Only 2 ladies doing full set which was horrible for the wait... and the lady that did my nails i dont know her name but she has a cross necklace and glasses she did a horrible job on both me and my best friend, idk if it was cause she was tired but she didnt spread out the nail powder correctly it was so thick and uneven it made my nails looked horrible.!! I never had a worst experience with my nails... regardless of all that the lady that did my pedicure was amazing i dont know her name but she was sweet and has nice long black hair and looks kinda young... she did everything amazing.! I should have know better, but I thought just give it a try. I just got a gel manicure and I must say I left extremely disappointed. I guess that's what happens when you don't speak up. This place wasn't the cleanest and I was kind of afraid to have the lady use her tools on me. This older lady looked like she had no idea how to do a manicure let alone gel manicure. She didn't file my nails correctly or really did a good job on my cuticles. Instead of warm water is was super cold. The Quality of the work was not the greatest but like they say you get what you pay for, and that is what I got. If I could give them no stars I would. I went in for the first time to get a gel manicure. My nails look like crap each nail has something wrong with it. It says on the box that its suppose to lasts up to 21 days well my nail polish is coming off after 2 days. I wont be going back for this type of service. read more

The people here are pretty nice. I got my eyelashes done I was pretty happy with them the first time. The next time instead of filling in the gaps she charged me $5 to remove the eyelashes which I later found out is not the way to do it and then redo it. The eyelashes keep falling off I had to return 3 times to get them taken care of. I just decided to not do it anymore. Today I picked up a friend who had gotten manicure pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Before we left the parking lot she wanted me to look at her foot because it was burning. She said that they were removing a callus and she kept telling them it was getting hot. Needless to say it was pretty bad I took her home and dressed her wound. We went back they did refund the money for the pedicure. They applied some antibiotic ointment. And told her she should wait a few days before seeking medical treatment. Burns are common and usually resolve themselves. I still think she should get treatment but its her call. Went in today for gel color and a cut down on my nails. I picked a gel color and the lady said she doesn't have that color available. So I picked a regular nail polish instead. As she was painting my nails she was coughing on my hands, I could not believe it!! Once she was done she just walked away and left. Then the lady doing my mani asked me to plug in the uv light for her!! So I had to stand up and plug it. This place is the epitome of ghetto/ bad customer service. I went in to get acrylic nails and the guy who did my nails left the job as soon as he finished, before I could even look at them. I noticed that a few of my nails were chipped because of the angle he filed them in so I let the manager know and he had the audacity to ask me to come back tomorrow so that the same guy can fix them for me! I let him know that I am not from the area and having to come back would be too inconvenient for me. He asked where I lived and proceeded to tell me to just come back the next day. There were plenty of nail technicians not doing anything and they refused to fix my nails. Worst customer service ever! I can't believe I paid $30 to get the most disgusting nails of my life. My kid niece could've done a better job. Also, while I was waiting, another girl complained that her nails had been poorly done and they refused to fix them for her. That should've been my queue to not get my nails done there but I had already been waiting for a while so I winged it and I regret it. This place needs to learn what professionalism and good customer service are. The customer is always right and even the manager acknowledged that my nails were messed up.
