I've been coming here since I was a little girl, and I've always had good experiences with the other staff, who are kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, this visit was really disappointing. The service I received felt rushed and half-done, and my toes didn't come out the way I expected at all. It honestly looked like it wasn't done with much care or attention to detail. I... don't plan on ever coming back. I needed the acrylic powder taken off of my nails so that I can have a manicure and regrow my natural nails but they didn't even take all the powder off. I always get my toes and nails done here and I've always loved it. I wasn't thinking of getting my full set done here because I was gaping to go with someone else but I made the decision and got them done. Let me tell you!'! I loved it!! They were all supper nice and gentle , took their time and were supper detailed. They're so kind and their prices supper affordable. My toes were $20 and my nails were $45!! Amazing. DUY and KHOI Enough said. Hands down their work is amazing. I recommend them to anyone who asks where I get my nails done. Everyone is so friendly at the shop and they actually take their time, they're not all pushy like alot of nailshops tend to be and whatever concerns you have, they try to correct at the best of their ability. The prices are also a plus ;) The 5s is for the work they do, the service, & most of all the transformation they made w the place, it was a dump w the previous owner. To be honest, they have very bad customer service. And they are very dirty. Ladies before you get a pedi make sure they clean the tools. I came in Monday morning and two people were getting there pedis before me. A male and a female. The male was finished first then right after the worker was trying to use the same tools with out cleaning them on me I seen that a toe nail was still on the chipper. The worker was literally about to use it on me and I just had to stop him and make him clean it or he wouldn't have, then since I called him out on it, he was being rude, and rushing on my toes. I came here today on a Friday and they took me in within a decent amount of time. I wanted one nail repair on my index finger and a polish change on both my hands and feet. Easy enough right? Don't ever go to DANNY if you want a good pedicure. He rushes through it, doesn't put top coat, nor clean around where he messed up. I'm so upset I paid for that. Same with my mani!!! This place is AMAZING! Everyone here is so friendly. I found this place last minute on my way home from work. I came in as a walk-in about 38 minutes before closing time. I really wanted to get my nails done, and they kindly took me as a client for a pedicure and gel fill. They took their time and did not rush, rather they stayed an extra hour and half to make my nails look beautiful. Thank you! My nails came out amazing! Love this place! I've been a LOYAL customer to Kate for the past 3 years. I moved an hour from LA a few months ago. I made my appointment for 10:30 am. I got here ten minutes early and she had someone she was finishing in her chair. I was ok until her "give me 10 minutes" turned into 30 minutes. I made an appointment for a fill and pedicure. It's going on 12 noon and although my nails are done I am waiting on my pedicure. They were short staffed 2 people which has nothing to do with me. So you take all these walk ins over someone who had an appointment? Kate is a very sweet person and is good at nails but this service is unacceptable. I understand you're a business and you need to make money but to take a walk in and make me wait while you serve them isn't cool at all. My suggestion is to not take a walk in over a appointment and loyal customer who spends and tips every time. read more

As far as nails, they do a great job! However I have a HUGE problem with them constantly making me wait. I've gone twice in the past month for mani pedi. The first time I got my mani first and then tried to have me wait for a pedi while they took someone else that came after me. Same thing happened today where I got my pedi first and tried having me wait for my mani. It seems that in order for them to not keep you waiting you have to act loud and ratchet. That's the only way I've seen them not making people wait. Lady that came in after me was able to get her nails and feet done at the same time while O had to wait just because she came in very demanding and rude. Meanwhile, Im treating these people with politeness and have to wait. Doesnt make sense read more

Friendly staff, nail technicians that are interested in staying up on the latest nail trends, English speaking (major plus since sometimes you have to explain what you want in detail), and they take their time to ensure your needs are met. I brought a friend and we'll both be back. I have also recommended it to others. Be advised it is cash only but the prices are reasonable. They don't have the message chairs as of yet but being that it is a new owner, I'm sure they'll have them in the future. Terrible ! I came here to get my acrylic nails removed. If I could give them zero stars i would. The guys ripped off a peice of my pinky nail and made me bleed and did not even have the decency to apologize. I told him to stop and that I was going to go to a different nail salon & all he said was okay. If they don't know how to do something they shouldnt offer the service just to make money!! A good eyebrow place is soooo hard to find. Had a client at work with nice ones and referred me here. Everytime but twice that Ive come, they rip off my skin underneath my brow. Just went 2days agou n the young guy placed wax ALL the way down to my ear.. Pulling out my sides. Really? Never happened before. After the last scar (I seen in black the next morning) I have to find another spot. Its cheap here $6 before tip but not worth my skin. Btw this is a cash only place so come ready. Only getting two stars because everyone was really nice in the shop & I know a couple ppl who go here faithfully & their nails are always awesome but my personal experience was horrible, I had to tell the guy to fix his noticeably too thick misshapen try at stiletto nails & it still wasn't right, he then continued to do a piss poor job on my polish pretending not to see the chunks of old dried polish on my nails, I won't be returning. read more

I was a walkin in to get gel manicure and when i came in, they had only 3 clients. One of the clients was getting her pedicure done right in front of the door as in blocking the enterance of the spa. One of the ladies saw me asked what service I wanted i told her manicure gel for my hands. As i was waiting she then told me to go around the table that was hard to go through with the client sitting on the chair by the door. She sat me in one of the spa chairs and had me wait there for half an hour looking at me clueless. After waiting, i was finally seated and getting my nails done. The entire time the woman assisting me kept getting up for the most random reasons. She then does to the back and comes back eating and chewing her food. And says "sorry got hungry" which for me was lil unprofessional since the spa wasn't busy and she could of waited to eat. She seemed like she was miserable and rushing to get my nails done and over with. When she finished my nails, my nails have air bubbles and some of them are really bumpy. I paid $20 bucks for them not including tip. It's an okay spot but i prefer somewhere else. read more

The people here were really nice but they had me wait SO long. My turn finally came and then in the middle of my pedicure the lady left to go help another person. I also saw her wash the tools in the pedicure bucket with clean water. So you just contaminated clean water with someone else's dirty pedicure tools?? I won't be back. read more

Terrible service, terrible people person etiquette, not very friendly, spoke very little to no English to me it's so rude when they're speaking their language with each other and your over here thinking if they're talking about you, which kinda felt like they were because one of the Asian ladies kept giving me weird stares, she also kept assisting to her daughter helping her with phone games rather than working continuously on me, I think her name was Kate one of her usual customers came in and called her by that, she started my nails and did not Bother to ask me how I wanted them she started making them round on the edges when I noticed I told her that's not the way I want them and she got kinda pissy mood and then started making them more squared, I wanted a certain gel color but she had said no pick from this one, I was like ok? I did not even want to argue with the lady, anyway, the work she did was okay but her attitude SUCKED It was my first time there I'm definitely never coming back. read more
